Teaching Plan 课题外研社英语(新标准)(三年级起始用)第八册 Module 7 Unit 1 Shenzhou V flew into space.教学目的通过对本课的整体认知,使学生能听、说、读、写单词:flew (fly), became(become), spent(spend),hour, son, proud, pilot;理解并能使用动词的过去式来描述过去发生的事情。通过了解杨利伟与“神舟五号”的故事,培养学生的爱国主义情操。并在此基础上,鼓励学生在课前进行广泛的课外阅读,搜集自己的明星资料,在课堂中通过制作明星档案的project与猜测同学心中的明星等多种活动,进一步激发学生英语学习的兴趣和求知欲,培养他们善于整理、归纳信息、综合运用语言的能力与善于提问的学习策略,提高学生英语阅读能力。 通过“小组合作与自主探究型” 的学习方式,提高团体协作精神,最大限度地调动和发挥学生的内在潜力,进行语言知识的主动练习和运用。知识目标1 能听、说、读并正确使用单词:flew, became, spent, hour, son, proud, pilot2 能理解并使用动词的过去式。3 熟练掌握疑问词的用法。4 能听懂理解课文并回答相关问题。技能目标1 学会用动词的过去式形式描述过去发生的事情。2 学会用过去式问答的形式做一个有关明星的project。情感目标1 通过学习杨利伟与“神舟五号”的故事,培养学生的民族自豪感。2 通过制作明星档案,学习他们的精神,并让自己争做明星。任务1 Make a project about your favorite star.2 Star Fans Party: Show and guess the stars.教具多媒体教学设备、录音机、若干有关明星内容的英文报纸板书设计Module 7 Unit 1 Shenzhou V flew into space. (1) Ss: guess “Who was the little boy?”(2) Ss read the news about Yao Ming. (2) Ss ask and answer in pairs. (3) Ask Ss to show their dialogue. 活动1:从学生生活实际出发,利用他们儿时的照片,通过问答来复习过去式与疑问词的用法。活动2:创立以“课前新闻问答”为形式的热身环节,既拓宽学生的知识面,又为本课任务的提出与教学内容的导入做铺垫,还激发了学生的“追星”意识,真正使任务具有驱动性。StepLeading &Presentation1. (show the picture slowly part by part) Ss: ( guess )明确任务,激发学生学习的主动性。 以猜明星脸的方式导入,吸引学生的注意力,提高学习兴趣。同时培养学生的爱国情操。3. Review Past Tense of the verbs(1) Guess “who is he?”(Yang Liwei)(2) Guess “who was the boy?”(Yang Liweis son-Yang Ningkang)(3) Activity: How did Yang Liwei be a taikonaut?a. T: What is Yang Ning Kang doing? Ss: Hes talking about his father. T: Yes, hes talking about:“How did Yang Liwei be a taikonaut?” b. T: (show some pictures of exercises) What do they often do?Ss: They often run/walk/jump /do exercises.T: What did they do yesterday?Ss: They ran/walked/jumped/did exercises.T: (on Bb)run-ranwalk-walkeddo-did通过一般现在时的学习过渡到动词过去式复习,通过情境教学让学生充分感知动词过去式的用法。鼓励学生学习杨利伟热爱运动,培养健康体魄。PROCEDURESCONTENTS & METHODSPURPOSESStepLeading &Presentation4. New words & phrases.(1) T: (show the phonetic labels)(2) Ss try to read the words.(3) Group work: Ss try to link the words up with the phonetic labels(4) Group work: Ss try to catch the meaning of the words according to the passage.Hello! I am Yang Ningkang. Yang Liwei is my father. And Im his sn. First, my father drove a plane. He was a good pailt. Then he bikeim a taikonaut. He was the first man in space. Im very praud of him. My father said a taikonaut must be strong. Yesterday was Sunday. We spent about one au(60 minutes) for exercises. In the afternoon we flu: a kite. What a happy day!(5) Check the answer.(6) Ss make sentences with the words.通过读音标-找单词-猜单词这一层层递进的教学方式,使学生达到了温故而知新的效果。而通过整体阅读,猜测单词的方法则加强了学生整体阅读的能力。小组合作、自主探究的学习方式提高学生自主学习的能力与合作精神。5. Learn “by spaceship”(1) How did Yang Liwei go into space? By spaceship/ Shenzhou V.(2) How does Yang Liwei go to work/ Beijing? (3) Review” by bus/ car/taxi/plane/on foot”在学习新知的基础上,结合生活实际,复习旧知。6. Text(1) T: (show the picture of the text) Ss: talk about the picture as they like.(2) T & Ss: Make a project about Yang Liwei.(3) Ss listen to the tape and answer the first three easy questions. Who went into space? What is Yang Liwei? Where is he from?(4) 2nd listening: answer the other three more difficult questions: When did Shenzhou V fly into space? How old was his son? Why was his son proud of him?(5) Check the answers.(6) 3rd listening: follow the tape and repeat the sentence one by one.(7) T & Ss read the text together. (8) Ss: (raise more questions about the text as they like. Then ask and answer between each other.)通过看图说话听音回答简单问题二次听音回答较深的问题并自己解决问题三次听音模仿语音语调师生集体阅读课文再阅读课文提出新问题以加深对课文理解这样一个由易到难、层层递进的教学模式,既检查了学生对疑问词的掌握,又培养学生善于提问的学习策略及自主解决问题的学习能力。同时使学生的语音的训练及对课文的理解也更为扎实。PROCEDURESCONTENTS & METHODSPURPOSESStep Consolidation1.Activity: Make a project of your star.Raise questions and try to answer.
