大学生方程式赛车制动与行走系统设计
摘 要
Formula SAE自1978年在美国第一次举办以来,现已成为一项顶尖的国际赛事。按比赛规定,赛车必须在加速,制动和操控性能方面表现出色。其中,为保障车辆和驾驶人员的安全,赛车的制动与行走系统设计显得尤为重要。
本文主要阐述了Formula SAE赛车的制动与行走系统设计过程。本次设计参照上代及其他参赛团体的赛车,进行了整体优化。本文在分析大赛规则及往届成型赛车的基础上,通过计算分析设计出制动与行走系统的总体方案。其中,制动系统以制动器为核心,设计出制动操纵机构(踏板装置)及制动操纵驱动机构(II型液压双回路)。行走系统以轮胎为核心,依次进行轮辋、轮毂、立柱的设计。本次设计在分析研究国外经典赛车基础上,参照实物及经典模型,利用UG对各零件进行三维建模和装配,利用CAD、CAXA等软件建立模型进行运动干涉分析,保证设计的合理性及优良性。
最后,本次设计运用UG等软件,对制动系统中的连接件、紧固件、制动盘、制动踏板、制动油路等和行走系统中的立柱、轮毂、轮辋进行了仿真及有限元分析,并制造出样件,对样件装车试验,取得良好效果。最终本设计的结果,确保了本赛车具有出色的制动性和在极限工况下的安全性。
