Let the pupils name the animals they know and write them down on the blackboard. 3. Teach more animal words in the textbook. 4. Review the comparative degree and then present the superlative degree. 5. Introduce the topic of the dialogue and get the pupils to think about it. 6. Show the pupils a picture of a blue whale, and give detailed introduction, e.g. the size, the place where they live etc. Teach the new words during the introduction. 7. Play the tape again, and ask the pupils to keep the questions from in mind and listen carefully.8. Check the answers.9. Get the pupils to read the dialogue after the tape.10.
