Adhesion:GB9286-88 Color Paint Coating Scratch TestA. Test Materials and ToolsI. (ICHI BAN) commercial adhesive tape #NO.405 18mm in width.II. ScrewdriverB. Test Method:. Select a square of 10mm each side on the test plate and scratch check by cross lines at an interval of 1mm with an art knife to the depth of plate base. Apply the adhesive tape on the check scratches, rub the tape with finger to make a close contact of the tape and the coating.(even rub is required to the sticking portion to wipe out and bubble and make a complete contact of the tape.). Hold one tip of the tape.making a right angle between the tape and coating plane and suddenly pull up the tape vertically.C. Assessment: After the test no peel of color from the plastic board should ever appear and no any trace of coating should be left on the adhesive tape.2. Hardness:GB6739-86 Paint Coating Hardness Pencil Test MethodA. Test Tool:Mitsibishi UNI.pencilB. Test Method: Make a pencil of known hardness and a plastic board to form an angle of 45 and push forward at a speed of 5mm/sec.,with a force of 300gf.C. Assessment:Take the hardness of the pencil that fail to scratch the coating or the next hardness degree of the pencil that scratched coating as the hardness of the coating.3. Ethanol-resistant TestA. Test Materials and ToolsI. Methanol at a purity of 99.7%.II. Medical gauze or cotton cloth.III. 500g/cm2 ballast.B. Test Method: First soak gauze in ethanol and then place the gauze on coating of plastic board with ballast on the gauze firmly. Push and pull the ballast to and fro within a distance of 50mm (30 movements each minute).C. Assessment: Whether the exposure of the paint of the base.4. Wearing-resistance:GB1768-79A. Test Material:Sand rubber (#512)B. Test Method: Make sand glue at an angle of 45 and move the sand rubber with a force of 300gf to and fro within 50mm as one movement.C. Assessment: Whether the exposure of the paint of the base.5. Thermal-resistant VariationA. Test Instrument: High and low temperature test oven.B. Test Method:Set temperature of oven to max 602,min -203,-203hrnormal temperature1hr603hrnormal temperature1hr as one cycle .So make 10 cycles.C. Test method: Wrap and tie the plactic board with plastic bag and place the ballast on the wrapped board. Put it into the oven of 50 and 90% humidity for 48 hours and then 2 hours in normal temperature.C. Assessment: Remove the ballast and separate the wrapping bag and board to see any change in coating of the contacting surface.7. Salt Water ResistanceA. Test Material:3%NaCl solutionB. Test Method: Soak 2/3 of the board into 3%NaCl solution at 252, and 24 hours later let it dry.C. Assessment: To see whether the coating peel,crumple,bubble,change in colour, lose gloss.8. Weather ResistanceA. Test Equipment: Atmosphere Aging Accelerator.B. Test Method: Place the board into Atmosphere Aging Accelerator for 200 hours.C. Assessment: To see whether the coating peel, change in color, lose gloss, produce powder, or crack.AP003 Acrylic Resin PaintI. Profile:AP003 is the main product developed and produced by our company based on acrylic synthetic resin for its main ingredient, which has excellent properties and suitable for various kinds of factories in the market. Points for attention:1. The coatings (including thinners) should be sealed and kept in a cool place that is waterproof, leakproof, not exposed to the sun, high temperature and away from fire.2. The coatings may be preserved for 6 months, and should be used up within 6 months to prevent the affects on the quality.3. After opening the tin, the coating should be fully and evenly agitated, the remains at the bottom should be cleaned with thinner and mixed in color mixer, to prevent pigment from sedimentation and causing color difference.4. Thinner should be filtered with 200 mesh copper gauze, to remove foreign matter possibly mixed.5. After thinning, the paint should be filtered with 120 mesh copper gauze before use.6. After spraying, the objects should remain for 5-10 minutes in dust-free environment before being put into baking runnel.7. Due to the color, application of environment and condition,the properties of coating effect,the film properties may be slightly defference, please keep a sample for the batch standard.AP03A Arcylic Baking PaintI. Profile:AP03A Arcylic Baking Paint is the new product developed and produced by our company for PBT and same kind of this substrate in the market.AP03A series paint is good adhesion on PBT substrate, improve the film hardness, widely use in the special parts of hair tools for protection.Modified AP03A series product is suitable for the uses of cars, electric appliances, telegraphic instruments, optical instruments, business machines and medical instruments etc. It is widely used by factories because the technical and the quality of products have high performance and good reliability.II.
