SCOPE 适用范围This Regulation covers new pneumatic tyres designed primarily, but not only, for vehicles in categories M 2 , M 3 , N and O 3 and O 4 . / However, it does not apply to tyre types identified by speed category symbols corresponding to speeds below 80 km/h. 本条例适用于主要为 M 2,M 3, N 和O 3以及O 4 车型设计,而不仅限于这些车型使用的新充气轮胎。但是,它不适用于由 80 公里以下时速对应的。2. Cross-section; 断面;2.2 . Category of use: 使用类别:2.2.1. Normal tyre means a tyre intended for normal, everyday, on-road use; “ 普通胎 ” 是指为普通路面日常使用设计的轮胎;2.2.2. Snow tyre means a tyre whose tread pattern, tread compound or structure are primarily designed to achieve in snow conditions a performance better than that of a normal tyre with regard to its ability to initiate or maintain vehicle motion. “ 雪地胎 ” 是指胎面花纹、胎面胶或胎面结构专为雪地行驶设计的轮胎,在启动或保持车辆运行能力方面,它比普通轮胎的性能更为优越。2.2.3. Special use tyre means a tyre intended for mixed use both on- and off-road or for other special duty.These tyres are primarily designed to initiate and maintain the vehicle in motion in off-road conditions;这些轮胎的设计主要是启动和维持在越野条件下运动中的车辆, “ 特胎 ” 是指为路用和越野多用途使用或其他特殊用途设计的轮胎。 porfessionail off-road tyre is a special use tyre primarily used for service in severe off-road conditions.( porfessionail越野轮胎是一种特殊的主要用于在越野条件下使用的轮胎。)2.3. Structure of a pneumatic tyre means the technical characteristics of the tyres carcass. A distinction is made between the following structures in particular: 充气轮胎的 “ 结构 ” 是指轮胎胎体的技术特征。尤其是对以下结构进行区分:2.3.1. Diagonal or bias-ply describes a pneumatic-tyre structure in which the ply cords extend to the beads and are laid at alternate angles substantially less than 90 to the centreline of the tread; “ 斜交 ” 是指胎体帘线延伸至胎圈,并以与胎面中心线呈小于 90 的错角排列的充气轮胎结构;2.3.2. Radial describes a pneumatic-tyre structure in which the ply cords extend to the beads and are laid substantially at 90 to the centreline of the tread, the carcass being stabilized by an essentially inextensible circumferential belt. “ 子午线 ” 是指胎体帘线延伸至胎圈,并与胎面中心线呈 90 排列,胎体由没有伸展性的周向带束层箍紧的充气轮胎结构。2.4. Bead means the part of a pneumatic tyre which is of such shape and structure as to fit the rim and to hold the tyre on it; “ 胎圈 ” 是指充气轮胎中形状和结构与轮辋相符并将轮胎箍紧在轮辋上的部件; * 1 As defined in the Consolidated Resolution on the Construction of Vehicles (R.E.3)(document ECE/TRANS/WP.29/78/Rev.2,para.2.-). /trans/main/wp29/wp29wgs/wp29gen/wp29resolutions.html* 2 This Regulation defines requirements for tyres as a component.It does not limit their installation on any categories of vehicles.2.5. Cord means the strands forming the fabric of the plies in the pneumatic tyre; “帘线”是指充气轮胎中构成胎体层结构的绳线; 2.6. Ply means a layer of rubber-coated parallel cords; “ 胎体层 ” 是指一层橡胶包覆的平行帘线; 2.7. Carcass means that part of a pneumatic tyre other than the tread and the rubber sidewalls which, when inflated, bears the load; “ 胎体 ”是指除胎面和橡胶胎侧之外的充气轮胎部件,充气之后, 承载负荷; 2.8. Tread means that part of a pneumatic tyre which comes into contact with the ground, protects the carcass against mechanical damage and contributes to ground adhesion; “胎面”指充气轮胎接触地面的部分,它可以保护胎体免受机械损伤,并具有支撑作用; 2.9. Sidewall means the part of a pneumatic tyre between the tread and the area designed to be covered by the rim flange; “ 胎侧 ” 是指胎面与设计为将由轮辋边缘盖住的区域之间的充气轮胎部件; 2.10. Lower sidewall means the area included between the line of maximum section width of the tyre and the area designed to be covered by the rim flange; “ 下胎侧 ” 是指轮胎最大断面宽与由轮辋边缘覆盖的区域之间的区域; 2.10.1. However, in case of tyres identified by the tyre to rim fitment configuration (see paragraph 3.1.11.) symbol A, it means the area of the tyre which is seating on the rim. 但是,如果是由 “ 装在轮辋上的轮胎 ” 标记的轮胎 ( 参见 3.1.11. 节 ) 符号A 则它是指装在轮辋上的轮胎区域。 2.11. Section width (S) means the linear distance between the outsides of the sidewalls of an inflated pneumatic tyre, excluding elevations due to labelling (marking),decoration or protective bands or ribs; “ 断面宽 (S) ” 是指充气轮胎充气后胎侧外部之间的直线距离,因商标 ( 标志 ) 、装饰线或防擦线凸起的部分除外; 2.13. Over-all width means the linear distance between the outsides of the sidewalls of an inflated pneumatic tyre, including labelling (marking), decoration and protective bands or ribs; “ 总宽度 ” 是指充气轮胎充气后胎侧外部之间的直线距离,包括商标 ( 标志 ) 、装饰线与防擦线; 2.14. Section height (H) means a distance equal to half the difference between the outer diameter of the tyre and the nominal rim diameter; “ 断面高 (H) ” 是指等于轮胎外直径与轮辋名义直径之间差距一半的距离; 2.15. Nominal aspect ratio (Ra) means one hundred times the number obtained by dividing the number expressing the section height (H) by the number expressing the nominal section width (S 1 ), both dimensions expressed in the same units; “ 名义高宽比 (Ra) ” 是指表示断面高 (H) 的数值除以表示名义断面宽 (S 1 ) 的数值( 两个尺寸单位相同 ) ,再乘以 100 得到的数值; 2.16. Outer diameter (D) means the overall diameter of an inflated new pneumatic tyre ;“ 外直径 (D) ” 是指新充气轮胎充气后的外直径; 2.17. Tyre-size designation means “ 轮胎规格 ” 含义2.17.1. A designation showing: 名称显示:. The nominal section width (S 1 ). This width must be expressed in mm, except in the case of types of tyre for which the size designation is shown in the first column of the tables in annex 5 to this Regulation; 名义断面宽 (S 1 ) 。该宽度必须以毫米( mm ) 表示,规格显示在本条例附件 5 表格第一栏中的轮胎类型除外;. The nominal aspect ratio, except in the case of certain types of tyre for which the size designation is shown in the first column of the tables in annex 5 to this Regulation or, depending on the tyre design type, the nominal outer diameter expressed in mm ; 名义高宽比,规格显示在本条例附件 5 表格第一栏中、或依轮胎花纹类型而定,名义外直径以毫米 ( mm ) 表示的某些轮胎类型除外; See explanatory figure. A conventional number d (the d symbol) denoting the nominal diameter of the rim and corresponding to its diameter expressed either in codes (number below 100 )or in millimetres (numbers above 100). Numbers corresponding to both types of measurement m ay be used together in the designation; 标志数 d ( 符号 d) 表示轮辋名义直径,并与以编码 (100 以下数值 ) 或毫米 (100 以上数值 ) 表示的直径对应。在名称中可以一起使用与两种度量法对应的数值;.1. An indication of the tyre to rim fitment configuration when it differs from the standard configuration and is not already expressed by the symbol d denoting the nominal rim diameter code. 装在轮辋上的轮胎标识 ( 不同于标准结构,且未使用表示轮辋名义直径的符号 d 表示时 ) 。2.18. Nominal rim diameter (d) means the diameter of the rim on which a tyre is designed to be mounted; “ 轮辋名义直径 (d) ” 是指设计来安装轮胎的轮辋直径; 1 /2.19. Rim means the support for a tyre-and-tube assembly, or for a tubeless tyre, on which support the tyre beads are seated; “ 轮辋 ” 是指支撑内外胎的部件,支撑无内胎轮胎胎圈的部件2.20. Theoretical rim means a rim whose width would be equal to x times the nominal section width of a tyre; the value of x shall be specified by the manufacturer of the type; “ 名义 轮辋 ” 是指宽度等于轮胎名义断面宽 x 倍的轮辋; x 值由轮胎制造商规定;2.21. Measuring rim means the rim on which a tyre must be fitted for dimensional measurements; “ 测量轮辋 ” 是指必须装上轮胎以供尺寸测量的轮辋;2.22. Test rim means the rim on which a tyre must be fitted for load/speed endurance testing; “ 测试轮辋 ” 是指必须装上轮胎以供负荷 / 速度耐久性测试的轮辋;2.23. Chunking means the breaking away of pieces of rubber from the tread; “崩花”是指胎面花纹块(条)崩裂或掉块的现象;2.24. Cord separation means the parting of the cords from their coating; “ 帘线分离”是指帘线从其外层中分离;2.25. Ply separation means the parting of adjacent plies; “ 脱层 ” 是指相邻层的分离;2.26. Tread separation means the pulling away of the tread from the carcass; “ 胎面分离”是指胎面与胎体分离;2.27. Load-capacity index means one or two numbers which indicate the load the tyre can carry in single or in single and dual operation at the speed corresponding to the associated speed category and when operated in conformity with the requirements governing utilization specifi ed by the manufacturer. A type of pneumatic tyre can have either one or two sets of load capacity indices depending on whether or not the provisions of paragraph 6.2.5. are applied. The speeds, indicated by a symbol, at which the tyre can carry the load indicated by the associated load-capacity index; 由符号指示的速度,轮胎可以以该速度承载由相关负荷指数指示的负荷;2.28.2. Table load-capacity variation with speed means: “ 负荷能力随速度变化表 ” 是指:The table, in annex 8, showing as a function of the load-capacity indices and nominal-speed-category symbols the load variations which a pneumatic tyre can withstand when used at speeds different from that conforming to its nominal-speed-category symbol. They should not be taken to indicate the speeds at which commercial vehicles fitted with such tyres may be operated on the roads.2.30.Void to fill ratio”means the between the ares of voids in a reference surface ang the area of reference surface caiculated form the mould drawing. Tyre Class means one of the following groupings (这类装置下面的一个分组).2.31.1 Class C2 tyres:Tyres identified by a load capacity index in single formation lower or equal to 121 and a speed category symbol higer or equal to “N”,2.31.2 Class C3 tyres identified by(C3类轮胎标识:)(a) a load capacity index in single formation higher or equal to 122; or(单组高于或等于122的负载能力的指标;或)(b) a load capacity index in single formation lower or equai to 121 and a speed category symbol lower or equal to”M” (负载能力指数低于或等于121单的形成和速度级别符号低于或等于“M).3. MARKINGS 标志3.1. Pneumatic tyres submitted for approval shall display on both sidewalls in the case of symmetrical tyres and at least on the outer sidewall in the case of asymmetrical tyres: 提交批准的充气轮胎如果是对称轮胎,必须在两侧胎侧上都显示以下内容,如果是不对称轮胎,至少应在外部胎侧上显示以下内容:3.1.1. The manufacturers name or trade mark; 制造商名称或商标;3.1.2. The tyre-size designation as defined in paragraph 2.17. of this Regulation; 已在本条例 2.17. 节中予以定义轮胎规格;3.1.3. An indication of the structure as follows: 结构标识如下:. On diagonal (bias-ply) tyres: no indication, or the letter D; 在斜交胎上:没有标识,或标有字母 D ;. On radial-ply tyres: the letter R placed in front of the rim-diameter marking and, optionally, the word RADIAL; 在子午线轮上:字母 R 或字样 RADIAL位于轮辋直径标志前面;3.1.4. The speed-category symbol (or symbols); 速度级别符号 ( 或符号 ) ;. An indication of the tyres nominal speed category in the form of the symbol prescribed in paragraph 2.28.2. above; 轮胎额定速度级别标识,形式为 2.28.2节中规定的符号;. An indication of a second speed category in cases where paragraph 6.2.5. below is applied; 第二个速度级别指示 ( 在施行 6.2.5. 节内容的情况下 ) ;3.1.5. The date of manufacture in the form of a group of four digits, the first two showing the week and the last two the year of manufacture. However, this marking, which it is permissible to restrict to one sidewall, shall not be mandatory, on any tyre submit ted submitted for approval, until two years after the date of entry into force of this Regulation; 生产日期为一组四位数字,前两位表示生产周号,后两位表示生产年号。但是,在本条例生效后的两年之内,可以限制一侧胎侧使用的这个标志,并非在提交批准的任何轮胎上都作强制要求; 5 /3.1.9. In the case of tyres which can be regrooved, the symbol at least 20 mm in diameter, or the word REGROOVABLE, moulded into or on to each sidewall;如果轮胎可以进行翻新, 此为旧符号,新符号找不到 符号的直径至少为 20mm ,或者将REGROOVABLE 字样压印在轮胎胎侧上;3.1.10. An indication, by the PSI index, of the inflation pressure to be adopted for the load/speed endurance tests, as explained in annex 7, appendix 2. However, this indication, which it is permissible to restrict to one sidewall, shall not be mandatory, on any tyre submitted for approval, until two years after the date of entry into force of this Regulation. The suffix CP after the rim diameter marking referred to in paragraph .,and, if applicable, after the tyre to rim fitment configuration referred to in paragraph . This marking is mandatory in the case of tyres fitted on 5 drop centre rims, having a load capacity index in single lower or equal to 121 and spe
