The direction of rotation can be specified in parameter IDM (bit 1 of parameter 4950).B-64114CM/01编程9. 主轴速度功能9.5主轴定位功能9.5.1主轴定向9.5.2主轴定位 用M代码指定的 固定角度定位在车床上,与主轴电机相连的主轴以指定的速度旋转从而转动安装在主轴 上的工件。主轴定位功能是使连接到主轴电机的主轴转动一定角度,从而 将安装在主轴上的工件定位在某一角度。主轴绕着 C 轴定位。 主轴定位功能包含如下三种操作:1. 取消主轴回转方式并进入主轴定位方式(主轴定向)2. 在主轴定位方式定位主轴。3. 取消主轴定位方式并进入主转回转方式。当主轴电机在普通的主轴运行之后或者当主轴定位被中断时,必须进行主 轴定向。定向可使主轴停在预定位置。定向用的 M 代码设在 4960 号参数中。定向方向可以设在参数中,对于模 拟主轴,方向设在 1006 号参数的第 5 位(ZMIx)。对于串行主轴,则设在 4005 号参数的第 5 位(RETRN)。 主轴可以按任意角度或固定角度定位。用地址 M 及其后的 2 位数值指令定位。指令值为 M到 M(+5)六个值 中的一个。值必须预先设在 4962 号参数中。与 M到(M+5)对应的定 位角度列于下表。值必须预先设在 4963 号参数中。M代码定位角(Ex.)=30M30M(+1)260M(+2)390M(+3)4120M(+4)5150M(+5)6180指令用增量值。回转方向由参数 IDM(4950 号参数的第 1 位)设定。B64114EN/01PROGRAMMING9.
