-24,上行:+4- -1),若光功率不在正常范围内,而且注册正常的话,可判断为光模块问题,一般而言,光模块坏的话,ONU注册是不会正常。 本地WEB页面用户侧信息查询入口:【WEB页面】-【状态】-【用户测信息】界面示例:查看界面中LAN口信息,通过接收和发送信息流量来进行简单判断,流量正常且无错误帧,则端口正常,否则端口异常,用户侧故障。1.2 上网慢故障诊断1.2.1 本地查询ONU LAN口信息入口:【WEB页面】-【状态】-【用户测信息】界面示例:查看接收发送信息,判断是否用户线或终端问题。1.2.2 本地查询ONU 链路质量入口:【WEB页面】-【状态】-【网络测信息】界面示例:根据告警信息、光模块信息对比正常收发光功率,判断是否链路问题,也可通过专门的光功率计进行测量。1.2.3 OLT上查询ONU总带宽入口:【C220】-【EPON配置】-【ONU管理】-【ONU基本信息管理】-【SLA配置】界面示例:检查上下行速率配置是否按规划配置,是否带宽配置过小。同时用光功率计测试一下PON口的光功率值,看是否满足要求(接收光功率:-27 - -6,发送光功率:+2-+7),判断光模块性能。1.2.4 OLT上查询上联板口负载入口:【C220】-【系统配置】-【系统负载查询】-【选择单板】界面示例:查看CPU负载率(最好不超过10%)和内存使用率(最好不超过60%)1.3 常掉线故障诊断1.3.1 本地查询ONU LAN口信息(同3.2.1)查看是否有丢包或流量异常,检查用户终端或用户线问题。1.3.2 查询网管告警信息(同3.1.3)查询故障ONU是否有离线或掉电告警,是否有OLT上联口链路告警。1.4 摘机无音故障诊断1.4.1 查询ONU状态(同3.1.1)1.4.2 查询OLT PON板状态(同3.1.2)1.4.3 查询ONU告警(同3.1.3)1.4.4 本地查询ONU信息(同3.1.4)1.4.5 本地查询MG信息点击“网络”“宽带设置”“连接名称选VOIP连接的名称”查看MG的配置信息,配置信息需正确。点击“应用”“宽带电话设置” 查询SIP注册参数信息,包括服务器IP/端口,用户号码和密码等(以上示图中的选项需要正确填写)1.4.6 本地查询MG接口状态“状态”“网络侧信息”页面查看MG接口状态查看窄带服务对应的状态正常为连接,IP地址列正常有获得自己的语音IP地址,有异常PING上层SS/网关,通检查MG和上层数据的配置,无异常检查POTS口信息。1.4.7 本地查询POTS口状态“状态”“宽带语音信息”页面查看VOIP(SIP)注册信息查看语音业务注册状态,已注册正常,若为未注册,则PING SS/MG网关,通检查MG的配置和上层设备的参数配置是否一致或匹配。1.4.8 本地PING MG网关/SIP注册服务器在“诊断”“网络诊断”PING 工具检查链路的连通性。1.5 打进打不出故障诊断1.5.1 本地查询MG信息(同3.4.5)1.5.2 本地查询MG接口状态(同3.4.6)1.5.3 本地查询POTS口状态(同3.4.7)1.5.4 在SS上进行信令跟踪检查用户号码的呼叫权限,没限制,则SS进行信令跟踪,查看信令是否有问题,若信令无问题,检查外线正常,则在ONU上进行抓包。1.5.5 在ONU上抓包端口镜像页面/engdebugeth.cmd勾选,点击应用,LAN1口抓包,对抓包进行分析,判断是MG问题还是与上层设备对接问题,不需要抓包时,需要关闭端口镜像功能,以免影响用户正常使用。2 华为FTTH故障运维1、 故障处理流程:1、FTTH-LAN-不能上网2、 FTTH-LAN-上网慢3、 FTTH-LAN-常掉线4、 FTTH-VOIP-摘机无音流程5、 FTTH-VOIP-打进打不出6、 FTTH-VOIP-打出打不进7、FTTH- VOIP-单通/双不通8、FTTH- VOIP-杂音9、FTTH- VOIP-回音10、FTTH-VOIP-时断时续11、FTTH-VOIP-传真问题2.1 常用诊断手段2.1.1 查询设备版本【网管】【终端】2.1.2 ODN故障排查 ONT掉电网管排障【查询告警】检查是否存在“ONT掉电(DGi)”告警,监视告警频度是否过高,排除电源故障。【检查ONT上次掉线原因是否为Dying Gasp】如果掉线原因为Dying-Gasp则说明ONT掉电。命令行排障【检查ONT上次掉线原因及掉线时间】XY-YEW-OLT3(config-if-epon-0/1)#display ont info 0 11 -
