摘 要
本设计的卸料车三通漏斗适用于带式输送机,卸料车可以移动并将物料卸到需要的任意点,该卸料车使用比较灵活,输送物料方便在输送时只需要将物品放在输送带上然后经输送带传到漏斗上进行分料。该卸料车使用简单,操作方便。可广泛用于采矿、冶金、石料开采场、港口运输等场所。该小车使用简单可节省大量劳动力,也可根据运输物品的重量选择不同型号的运输机。大大方便了工人们的使用。
卸料车三通漏斗可以将运输皮带机上的物料卸在指定的仓位或料棚里。在卸料车工作时串联在皮带机上,物料沿着运输皮带进行移动,在输送皮带进行上下运动时带着物料进行上下运动。在输送皮带进行上料运动时,物料被运送到三通漏斗。然后通过翻板使物料向单侧、双侧或中间卸料,物料的流向可通过翻板的控制实现。
在这次设计中,主要设计了卸料车三通漏斗的传动装置,并根据实际生产及运输的要求,选择和确定了电动机、制动器、联轴器、传动齿轮等器件。对相应的器件如齿轮、轴等进行设计和校核。

Tee funnel unloading trucks can transport the material on the belt at a specified position or unloading material shed. When the conveyor belt were feeding motion, the material is transported to Tee funnel.
