米脱粒机设计
摘 要
玉米作为一种极其重要的粮食作物,与其相关的生产设备一直受到人们的普遍关注。在传统的玉米脱粒机械中,其脱粒作业主要是通过安装在高速旋转的主轴上的冠状平板齿对玉米穗的搅动和撞击来完成的,这种脱粒机械对玉米穗的损伤大,破碎率很高。所以,设计一种新型、低廉、低破损率的玉米脱粒机,对于玉米的生产具有非常重要的实际意义。
为了适应对少量玉米脱粒需要要求,避免用人工的方法对少量玉米脱粒,降低农民在对玉米脱粒时的劳动强度、提高工作效率,设计一种适用于个人家庭的小型人工玉米脱粒机。本次设计的小型人工玉米脱粒机主要有喂料装置、脱粒装置、分离清选装置、出料口、机架以及传动装置。该机器以电力为动力源,通过二级传动装置由链轮传递到钉齿脱粒滚筒上,钉齿脱粒滚筒配合圆孔凹版将玉米脱粒,玉米粒从筛板孔洞中漏下,由下滑板滑出机体之外,玉米芯由出料口排出机体之外。

The Design of the Corn Thresher
Abstract
Corn as an extremely important food crops, and associated production equipment has been subject to widespread concern. Our traditional corn threshing machine, threshing operations are mainly done by stirring and impact of the the coronavirus plate installed in the high-speed rotation of the spindle teeth right ear of corn, this threshing mechanical damage to the ear of corn, broken ratehigh. Therefore, the design of a new, inexpensive, low breakage rate of the corn sheller, corn production has a very important practical significance.
In order to adapt to the need to require a small amount of corn threshing, and avoid using artificial means of a small amount of corn threshing, reduce the labor intensity of the farmers in the corn threshing, improve work efficiency, and design one for individuals, families, small artificial corn sheller. This small artificial corn feeding device, the threshing device, separating the cleaning device, the discharge port, rack and gear. Human, the machine power source through two gear sprockets delivered to the nail tooth threshing drum, nail tooth threshing cylinder with the hole gravure corn threshing, leave out the corn kernels from the sieve holes slip by the decline in board outside the body, the corn cob from the body outside of the discharge port.
