塑料工业是当今世界上增长最快的工业门类之一,而注塑模具是其中发展较快的种类,因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。

本设计介绍了注射成型的基本原理,特别是单分型面注射模具的结构与工作原理,对注塑产品提出了基本的设计原则;详细介绍了塑件工艺的分析过程和注射模具浇注系统的设计过程,并对材料要求做了说明。

通过本设计,可以对注塑模具有一个初步的认识,注意到设计中的某些细节问题,了解模具结构及工作原理;通过对Pro/E、UG的学习,可以建立较简单零件的零件库,从而有效的提高工作效率。

1  塑件成型工艺性分析

1.1塑件制品结构分析

本设计记为风扇调速旋钮,如图1.1所示塑件的质量要求不允许有裂纹和变形缺陷的;塑件材料为ABS,生产为大批量,塑件公差按模具设计要求进行转换。


该塑件的结构不算复杂,但是产品外表面带有花纹,产品里面也有凹槽,因为此产品是作为风扇调速旋钮使用,大批量生产。所要求的制造精度不高,所以要求模具的制造精度也不高,因要与手部接触,所以保证塑件表面质量即可。


内容简介:
尊敬的各位评委老师大家下午好我是来自机电技术系09级模具设计与制造班的学生。我的毕业论文题目是风扇调速旋钮注射模工艺结构分析及设计。我当时之所以选择风扇调速旋钮的设计因为贴合实际,对自己日常生活用品的应用与思考。此产品材料为ABS生产产量大批量生产具体来说我的论文分为以下五大部分第一部分主要是对产品成型工艺性分析,指出产品的尺寸精度、模具制造精度、产品脱模斜度、ABS的性能(工艺参数)、塑件的主要缺陷和确定模具的基本结构。第二部分主要是对产品分型面结构的设计,包括分型面的确定、形腔的数量及排布方式、注射机型号的选用、浇注系统形式和浇口的设计、产品定出方式的确定、冷却系统的确定、注射模的选材、导向与定位机构的设计和模具的工作过程。第三部分是成型零部件的设计,有型芯、型腔的结构和固定方式、成型零件的尺寸计算(型腔的径向与深度尺寸计算、型芯的径向与高度尺寸计算),计算公式来自于参考文献塑料的成型工艺与模具设计。第四部分是模架的确定和校核,该部分主要是设计各模板的尺寸(外购和自选)、模架各尺寸的校核。第五部分绘制模具图,包括模具总装图、型芯、型腔等其他零件工程图纸。在毕业设计的准备和写作过程中,我阅读了大量的模具设计方面的相关书籍和学术期刊论文,并参考了部分毕业论文范文。这得得益于我们学校图书馆丰富的参考书籍和指导老师的论文范文推荐。本论文经过一二三稿并最终定稿,在这期间,我的论文指导老师朱祖武老师对我的论文进行了详细的修改和指正,并给予我许多宝贵的建议和意见。其中,我的论文题目就是在朱祖武老师的提议下而最终拟定的。在这里,我对他表示我最真挚的感谢
