重庆理工大学毕业设计(论文)外文翻译题目PSH4D型立体停车库横移传动机构设计二级学院机械工程学院专业机械设计制造及其自动化班级姓名学号指导教师系主任时间2013.3PLC-basedcontrolofmulti-storeyparkingstudyanddesign1.OverviewofparkingTheapplicationofparkingfacilitiesforover30yearshistoryoftheolderbetterJapanSouthKoreaTaiwanGermanyiswellknownChinaseconomyhasexperienced30yearsofrapidgrowththequalityofpubliclifeincreasingdemandsquotCommunityMapquotinthequotlinequottoanewlevel.SubsequenttransportsituationistenseJapanandCanadawhichincludesbothdynamicandstatic.Asthecityhigh-risebuildingsbuiltbythelevelofhousingreformlikeparkingshiftfromthree-dimensionalsurfaceparkingparkinginastatictrafficinthealreadyoccupiedanincreasinglyimportantposition.UndergroundparkinggaragecomparedwiththetraditionalinmanywaysisthefirstsectionshowsthesuperiorityoftheadvantagesofthepastundergroundgaragevehicularaccessdueLeavegeneroustheaveragecarwouldoccupy40squaremetersofareaIfusingdouble-parkinggaragethegroundcanincreasetheutilizationrateof80-90iftheuseofmulti-floor21floorThree-dimensionalgaragethenthelandareaof50squaremeterswillbeplacedonthe40vehiclesthatcantosavelandresourcesandreducethecostofcivilengineeringdevelopment.ForexampletheIndonesianEmbassyinBeijingdidnotbuildmulti-storeyparkingbeforetheplanecanonlyputfivecarsarenowbuiltthree-dimensionalliftingandafterclassgaragecanpark13carsthebasicrequirementstomeettheEmbassy.Itisgenerallyconsideredgoodprospectsforparkingequipmentindustryandhasbeenhailedasthe21stcenturyoneofthemostpopularindustry.2.LiftingandtransferringtheconceptgarageParkingequipmenthasprovidedatotalof9categories:liftingandclassPSHsimpleliftingclassPJSverticalliftingtypePCStheverticalcirculationcategoryPCXflatmobileclassPPYtunnelreactorstackclassPXDmulti-cycleclassPDXthelevelofcirculatingtypePSXvehicleliftPQStherearedozensofspecificationscanbeappliedtoadifferentspacesiteconditionsisahighsecurityhighreliabilityhighefficiencyofautomationequipment.Especiallyinthesetypesofliftingand9classesPSHparkingmostwidelyused.Usedtosettherisingandfallingorslidingvehicleaccesstovehiclesparkinggarageequipmentcategorycalledliftingandgarage.Liftingandtransferringgaragemodulardesigneachunitcanbedesignedastwothreefourfivehalf-undergroundandothermeansthenumberofparkingspacesfromafewtohundreds.Astheliftingandtransferringthepatternclassesmoreparkingvaryinsizestrongadaptabilitytothesitethereforeuseofsuchequipmentiscommonparkinggarage.Itsworkingprincipleis:Eachcarparkingspacesarepresentedboardsettherequiredaccesstothevehiclebyvehicleplateupwardanddownwardslidingmovementtoreachthegroundfloorthedriverenteredthegarageaccesstovehiclescompletetheaccessprocess.Theupperorlowerparkingspacesneedtotraversethespacethroughthemiddlelayerwillcontainthevehicleplateupordowntogroundlevelthepilotbeforeenteringthegarageoroutacarintothegarage.3.ThreeliftingandtransferringparkingsystemLiftingandtransferringparkinggarageisatypicalcross-disciplinaryintegrationofmechanicalandelectricalproductsmechanicalassemblyelectronicsinformationtechnologyinone.LiftingandtransferringparkingmainlybythesteelpartscarpanelscontainingpartthetransmissionsystemcontrolsystemsecuritysystemfivecomponentsshowninFigure2.ThreemechanicalparkingequipmentisliftingandmachineryofatypeofparkingequipmentthistypeofgarageequipmentinthemiddleofeachlayerthegroundflooraretoremainfreeparkinggroundflooronlydoslidingmovementonthegroundwhiledoingTraversingthesecondfloordone-and-downmovementthegroundlayeronlydoMovement.Run-timegroundfloordirectaccesstocarsonthefloorthesecondflooraccessvehiclesneedtocorrespondthroughthegroundfloorcontainingthecarslidingtothespacestationtheliftreachedthegroundfloortoachievethegroundthreecaraccessisrequiredthesecondfloorbyfloorthegroundfloorofloadingcorrespondingtothespacestationaftertraversingthesametimeliftreachesthegroundlayer.Themovementofgeneralprinciples:downresettranslationisnotreset.Parkingparkingrequiredbytheuserspecificationanddesignautomaticandmanualoperationmodeoftwopointscanbeswitchedonandoffduringnormaloperationinthegaragetouseautomatedmeansinequipmentmaintenanceanddebuggingcanbeusedmanually.BothautomaticandmanuallycontrolledbyPLCprogrammablecontrollersodevicescanguaranteethesafeoperationofanymanner.EquipmentThereareseveralsafetydevicestoensuresafetyofpeopleandvehiclessuchasanti-fallsafetydeviceslimitandpreventexcessivevolumedeviceAutomaticpower-offbrakingdevicethewrongbreakphaseprotection.3.1ThemainframepartActualprojects:BeijingIndonesiaEmbassyliftingandtransferringclassparkingequipmentoverallstructuresimplegenerousgivepeoplelightweightsprightlyfeeling.MainsteelstructureusesHsteelchannelsteelplateweldingmoldinguseboltconnectedframeworkstruturestrengthandstiffness.Ordersteelpartappearancebeautifulandanticorrosionantirustabilitysteelsomepaintingbeforeadoptedmechanicalderustingprocessingsoparkingequipmentoverallsurfaceprotectivelevelreachedhighergrade.Inadditionthesecondsetofequipmentcanbeassembledandcombinedcanbeinstalledtoensurereliablequalityfavorabletransportandreducingon-siteinstallationtime.3.2CarplatescontainingSetcarplatesareusedtocarryinventoryofvehicles.Setcarplatesfromthe2.3mmofgalvanizedsheetbendingformingaroundedgegirder4.5mmofgalvanizedsheetbendingforming.Edgebeamandsetvehicleswithnoplateboltconnectionsetcarplatestoensurerigidityandstrength.Resistanceofloadingplatewithvehicleandstopper.3.3DriveSystemParkingequipmentdrivesystemuseschainorropetractiondrivetransmission.Thecarparkingfacilitiescontainingtheupperplatebytheliftmotorgeardrivenbyachain-drivenrollerthenrollthroughtherope-drivenmovementsofloadingplate.Two-storyframestructurewithslidingrespectivelyeachslidingframewithliftingandslidingthetwomotorsbothframebyslidingthetracktraversemotorcanalsobesetthroughtheliftingmotorvehiclestoreachtherisingandfallinggroundlevelachievingaccesstocars.Thetransmissionmodecomparedwithothermethodshasrunasmoothsafeandreliablemaintenanceandconvenientwhileitsenvironmentalperformanceisalsosuperiortotheotherdrive.Thelowerplatebyamotorvehiclecontainingreducertowalkthroughthechaindrivewheeldrivealongthetraversetrackmovement.Drivemotorassemblygearreducermotorandbrakeasawholesmallsizelightweightlownoiseusinglong-termgreasestableandreliableperformancelonglifelong-termmaintenance-freequalitysuperior.3.4ControlSystemControlthemaincontrolobjectisslidingdownasmallmotorandlargemotorvehiclestomakethemaccordingtotherequirementsofaccesstousebuttonoperationtoachievepowerbychangingthephasesequenceofloadingplatformtoachievetherightandleftorupanddown.Secondtocontrolvariousauxiliarydeviceswithinthegaragesuchas:lightanditsvarioussecurityfacilities.Toensuretheboardcantraverseandsetcarsupordowntothespecifiedlocationusingalimitswitchpositioning.Todeterminewhethertheboardofloadingvehiclesusingopticalswitches.Generalsmallgaragecanusebuttonoperationscanalsousetouchscreenoperation.Allinputandoutputswitchingcapacityofliftingandtransferringgaragecircuitissimplelessdemandingontheenvironmentwithitsanti-interferenceabilityofPLCandisolationtransformerscanmeettherequirementsitmaynolongerhaveanadditionalanti-interferencemeasuresinothersothattheexactgaragesystemcanorderlywork.CorepartofthecontrolsystemPLCcontrolPLChasstronganti-interferencestrongstabilitysystemreliabilitymodularityandotherstructuralfeatures.Thecontrolsystemisthesetofmechanicalparkingcontrolsystemapplicableinthearea.Thecontrolsystemdetectsadevicewithhighsensitivityandaccuracyandreliabilityofworkandfeedbackinatimelymanner.Contactoroutputunitissensitivereliableadvancedtechnologyeasymainten
