冰糕剖切机的设计
摘要:本次设计的题目是冰糕剖切机的设计,本文运用大学所学的知识,提出了冰糕剖切机的结构组成、工作原理以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验,构建了冰糕剖切机总的指导思想,从而得出了该冰糕剖切机的优点是高效,经济,并且安全系数高,对提高冰糕的剖切效率,减少人工投入等等起到了很大的作用的结论。
该冰糕剖切机是对传统的冰糕剖切机的工作原理进行理解,本冰糕剖切机由机架、送糕输送线、拔辊机构、剖切机构、手爪和驱动机构等等组成。通过人工放置冰糕在输送线上面的工装里面,然后通过拔辊机械手将冰糕辊从冰糕里面拔出来,然后快速将拔出的冰糕棍放入到冰糕棍回收箱体里面。并且把冰糕夹持到剖切输送线上面,当剖切冰糕输送线上面安装的光电传感器冰糕的位置,就会通过中控系统控制剖切机构下降,从而对冰糕进行剖切。然后剖切好的冰糕会随着剖切输送线自动落入到输送线尽头的回收箱里面。

Abstract:This design topic is the ice cutting machine design. In this paper, the use of university knowledge, sorbet profile cutting machine structure composition, working principle and main parts design must have the theoretic calculation and strength check is proposed, constructed sorbet profile cutting machine total guiding ideology, and concluded that the ice cream cutting machine has the advantages of high efficiency, economy, and high safety factor, to improve the ice cream on the cutting efficiency and reduce labor input and so on plays a great role in the conclusion.
The ice cream cutting machine is to traditional ice cream profile cutting machine working principle understanding, this sorbet section cutting machine composed of a machine frame, a feeding cake conveyor line, and pulling mechanism, cutting mechanism, gripper and a driving mechanism and so on. By manually placed in the water ice in the conveying line above the inside and by pulling and manipulator will sorbet and from sorbet pulls out, then quickly pulled out the ice cream stick into the ice cream stick recycling box. And the sorbet clamping to cutting conveying line above, when the cutting ice transmission line installed above the photoelectric sensor sorbet position and will pass in the control system to control the cutting mechanism decreased, thus for ice-cream for cutting. Then the ice cream with good cutting and cutting conveying line automatically into the collection box at the end of the conveyor line inside.
