1、绿色物流现状及其发展路径选择 中文摘要 随着社会经济的高速发展，在人类文明大大提高的同时，地球上的资源也在日益减少，人类赖以生存的环境以及地球原本和谐的生态环境也正在面临着威胁。这种威胁还在随着全球经济的发展而加剧。全球正兴起一股绿色浪潮。实施绿色物流可以实现对物流环境的净化，不仅能消除污染，减少对环境造成的危害，还能达到节约资源的目的，使物流资源得到最充分利用。所以实施绿色物流将实现物流系统经济效益和环境效益的整体最优化，将有利于我国物流管理水平提高，降低企业的经营成本，能推动我国的可持续发展，是一种新的物流管理趋势。但是我国绿色物流的发展现状不容乐观，存在绿色物流观念尚未普及、政策缺乏、技

2、术落后、专业人才短缺等瓶颈。针对这些问题，政府、企业、消费者三方面都应采取相应的对策。政府应完善绿色物流的管理，制定相关政策法规，积极传播绿色理念；企业应大力推行并实行绿色营销策略;消费者要积极倡导绿色需要、绿色消费，通过绿色消费行为方式迫使企业实施绿色物流管理，以绿色消费舆论促进政府加强绿色物流管理。 本文内容大体包括四个方面：绿色物流发展的理论基础以及必然性，绿色物流发展现状以及存在的问题，我国绿色物流对策研究及发展路径探索和奥运“绿色物流”的规划实施，其中第三部分是重点。 关键词：绿色物流；奥运物流；可持续发展 1 abstract along with social economy h

14、reen logistics)是指以降低对环境的污染、减少资源消耗为目标，利用先进物流技术规划和实施绿色运输、储存、包装、装卸、流通加工等活动，绿色物流在抑制物流对环境造成危害的同时，实现对物流环境的净化，使资源得到最充分利用。从其范围来看，它既包括各个单项的绿色物流作业（如绿色运输、绿色包装、绿色流通加工等）还包括为实现资源再利用而进行的废弃物循环物流。 （一）绿色物流产生的现实背景 1、企业物流成本中包含巨大的环境污染成本 日本物流成本计算的权威西泽修先生曾提出了“物流冰山”说，其含义是说人们对物流费用的总体内容并不掌握，提起物流费用大家只看到露出海水上面的冰山的一角，而潜藏在海水里的整个冰山却看不见，实际上海水中的冰山才是物流费用的主体部分。物流成本“冰山”理论也同样揭示企业物流结构的不合理
