5、教学设计课题: Unit 1 Great Scientists 授课时数: 3 课时设计要素设 计 内 容教学内容分析This is the first teaching period of this unit. The vocabulary covers all the important words and expressions. Warming up is to find out what students have already known about famous scientists. The teacher can let students try this quiz and
6、 use it to begin a discussion about the different branches of science. Pre-reading is an important introduction to the reading and the stages in a scientific experiment. The reading part named. John Snow defeats king cholera mainly tells about the procedures of how John found its cause and defeat it
