摘要 随着经济的发展和人民水平的提高，自动旋转门的应用也越来越来越广泛。它现在为许多宾馆、超市、百货大楼等现代建筑所必备，不仅可以美化出入口环境，而且具有节能、防尘、隔音等功能，同时也是建筑智能化的重要标志。 本论文主要论述了四翼自动旋转门的设计过程，其主要对门体、传动系统、控制系统做了详细的分析和设计，提出了采用铝合金和玻璃等组成门体框架。传动部分由减速电机和齿轮箱减速机构组成，安装在门中心顶部的保护罩内.用PLC负责完成控制任务，由变频器来实现门体多种转速的调节功能。采用红外线传感器检测进出旋转门的人员流动，使用多个接触式和非接触式传感器及光电接近开关来确保通行安全。设计出了一种安全可靠实用的四翼旋转门。关键词：四翼旋转门；PLC控制；设计；机械传动；自动化2ABSTRACT With the development of economy and the improvement of peoples living standard, the application of automatic revolving door is more and more widespread. It is indispensable to many hotels, supermarkets, department stores and other modern buildings. Automatic revolving door can not only beautify the environment of exits and entrances, but also has the functions of energy saving, dust prevention, sound insulation and so on; at the same time, it is also an important sign of building intelligent engineering. This paper mainly discusses the design process of the four-wing automatic revolving door, mainly analyzing and designing the door, the transmission system and the control system; and a proposal for the door frame consisting of aluminum alloy, glass and so on is put forward. The transmission part mounted in the protective cover at the top of the door center is composed of speed reduction motor and gear box reducer. PLC is responsible for the completion of control task; the frequency converter realizes the regulating function of various speeds of the door body. The infrared sensor is used to detect the flow of people entering and leaving the revolving door; using multiple contact and non-contact sensors and photoelectric proximity switch to ensure safe passage. So a safe, reliable and practical four-wing revolving door has been designed. Key
