1、燃煤锅炉PLC手持器操作手册 (073-3版) Coal Fired Boiler PLC Manual Operating Operating Handbook (073-3 edition) 1. 查看PLC各测值设定值(只用来查看,不能设定)Look over each PLC measureing numerical value ( just for looking over,can not exactment) 按ESC键,手操器上显示 OPERATOR MENU DIAGNOSTIC MENU 为手操器命令状态.用户只可选DIAGNOSTIC MENU项,选中后显示: TD 200

2、 SETUP VIEW MESSAGES.用户只可选VIEW MESSAGES项,选中后可用键显示各值. 用ESC键返回,或1分钟后自动返回. ESC键平常无用,只在本项查看时用. 注意:每按一次键就显示一次值,测值只在刚换页时显示,显示后,不换页不变. 炉排输出: xxxx 显示当前炉排输出值0-1000对应0-100% 鼓风输出: 显示当前鼓风输出值0-1000对应0-100%引风输出: 显示当前引风输出值0-1000对应0-100% 本项内容只能看,不能设定.Press “ ESC” key, when the manual operating display shows OPERATO

3、R MENU DIAGNOSTIC MENUThat is manual operating displays command state, users must choice “DIAGNOSTIC” key . pitching on then shows :TD 200 SETUP VIEW MESSAGESUsers must choice “VIEW MESSAGES”. Pitching on then can use key to show the numerical value.Press “ESC” key to return or would auto-return one

4、 minute later. “ESC” key is useless usually,and just used at this item.Attention: press key every time would show numerical value once. The numerical value just be shown when just form feed . Induced air output: show Induced air output numerical value corresponding 0-100%.2. 设定运行数值enactment operating numerical value 手操器上显示SIMATIC TD 200为待命状态,表示可输入设定值与各参数.当按下”F1-F4”键时,每屏同时显示设定二行信息.如手操器上不显示SIM

6、ATIC TD 200,就不能按下”F1-F4”键,就是按下也不会出现”F1-F4”键对应的画面.可参见下图”TD200操作”所示.When the manual operating display shows SIMATIC TD 200,that is awaiting orders state,which express can input numerical value and other parameter. 7、do not showsSIMATIC TD 200 ,then can not press “F1-F4” key. Even pressing still can not show ”F1-F4” corresponding picture. Can see the following chart. ”TD200 operating ”indication.,注意:只有在按ENTER键,退出本项设定时,才把设定值传到PLC中. ESC键是不用的,不能用来退出设定.各系数完工后应由专人记下,PLC系数在断电后只能保持15天左右.长期断电后要重新输入. Attention : only whe

9、ut for long time,need input anew.2.1蒸汽压力设定,鼓风系数设定: enactment steam pressure, enactment blast modulus 当显示回到待命状态时(显示SIMATIC TD 200),按F1键. 显示: 蒸汽压力设定: xxxx - 蒸汽压力设定 鼓风系数设定: xxxx - 鼓风系数设定进入汽压设定:光标定在数值处,可按,增减数值. 增减数值完后,按ENTER光标消失,如要设定下行鼓风系数设定,就按 ENTER ,光标定位在下行, 增减数值完后,按ENTER就回到待命状态(显示SIMATIC TD 200). 如要直

10、接设定第二行,按F1键后按”ENTER”键, 把光标定位在第二行的鼓风系数处,就进入鼓风系数设定.鼓风系数范围是-100100,当是负值时,鼓风开度就大于引风了. 选行及选数值就用键与ENTER键即可.只能把光标定位在第二行的最右下末位,按ENTER键才能退出本项F1设定. 以下各项的设定与退出也相同.When showing returning to await orders state( showing SIMATIC TD 200), please press F1 key.Showing:steam pressure enactment: xxxx -steam pressure en

12、rsor would stop at down.After adding or reducing the numerical value, please press ENTER key , then would return to await orders state( showing SIMATIC TD 200).If needing to enactment the second line directly,please press”F1” key then press”ENTER”. The cursor would stop at the blast modulus at secon

13、d line,then already enter into blast modulus enactment.The scope of blast modulus is -100100. When it is minus, blast opening is larger than induced air. Use key and ENTER key to select line and numerical valueWhen the cursor must stop at the second line last cell,press “ENTER”Key can exit from this

18、sure alarm numberial value enactment 显示: 汽压高高停炉值 xxxx - 汽压高高停炉值设定 (对比变送器信号) 汽压高报警值设 xxxx - 汽压高报警值设定 (对比变送器信号) 注: 如在自动时,PLC中高于汽压高高停炉值,将把给煤变频,鼓风变频,引风变频关到最小,而不是跳闸.外部仪表水位极低与汽压极高时,如在自动,PLC就使给煤变频,鼓风,变频,引风变频关到最小,而不是跳闸.PLC不会引起跳闸.Showing: Extremely high steam pressure stop boiler numberial value xxxx - Extre

25、报警就显示在手持器上,如有多条报警,可按ENTER键逐条查看,每按一下ENTER键就消除一条,下行向上跳一条,直到回到显示SIMATIC TD 200为止.可显示的报警项为:汽压高报警 ! 汽压高高报警! (停炉) 水位高高 HI HI! 水位低低LO LO! (停炉)注: 所有报警条件消失后,PLC自动消音.If there is alarm in running would show at hand-machine.If have much alarm, can press ENTER key to look over one by one.
