1、2021年广东省普通高中学业水平考试英语科合格性考试说明考试性质广东省普通高中学业水平考试合格性考试是衡量考生是否达到国家要求的高中毕业合格标准的水平测试，考试成绩是普通高中学生毕业和高中同等学力认定的主要依据，是高职院校春季招收高中毕业生的依据之一，是评价普通高中学校教育教学质量的重要参考。命题指导思想命题以中华人民共和国教育部2003年制订的普通高中英语课程标准（实验）和本说明为依据，试题适用于使用经全国中小学教材审定委员会初审通过的各版本普通高中课程标准实验教科书的考生。试题要体现立德树人根本要求，注重考查考生人文素养、创新精神及实践能力，侧重考查考生的英语综合运用能力，有利于促进考生英

2、语学科核心素养的发展。考核目标与要求一、语言知识要求考生根据普通高中英语课程标准（实验）中高中英语课程七级目标要求，了解和掌握普通高中英语课程标准（实验）附录中所列的各项内容，包括语音项目、语法项目、功能意念项目、话题项目和词汇。二、语言运用（一）阅读要求考生能读懂书、报、杂志中关于一般性话题的简短文段以及公告、说明、广告等，识别不同文体特征并能从中获取相关信息。考生应能：（1）理解主旨要义；（2）理解文中具体信息；（3）根据上下文推断单词和短语的含义；（4）推断语篇中的隐含意义；（5）理解文章的基本结构；（6）理解作者的意图、观点和态度。（二）写作要求考生根据提示进行书面表达。考生应能：（1

3、）清晰、完整地传递信息；（2）准确、得体地运用所学语言知识；（3）合理地组织信息，形成连贯通顺的语篇。考试范围与考试内容依据中华人民共和国教育部2003年颁布的普通高中英语课程方案（实验）和普通高中英语课程标准（实验），按照高中英语课程标准规定的必修课程（即“英语1”至“英语5”五个模块），确定考试内容。考试形式闭卷，笔试；考试时间为90分钟，试卷满分150分。试卷结构与题型全卷共分为五个部分，46小题。其中第一部分、第二部分和第三部分为选择题，合计100分，约占66.66%；第四部分和第五部分为非选择题，合计50分，约占33.33%。试卷题型、题量、计分如下：题序题型题量赋分分值第一部分情景
