调速器前壳加工工艺与工装设计学生姓名：伍汉平 班级：0781052 指导老师：王细洋摘要：本次毕业设计题目是调速器前壳加工工艺与工装设计。本人致力于调速器前壳的工艺与工装的设计，前壳是调速器箱体的一个重要零件。调速器的零部件安装于壳体内，主要通过调速器箱控制动元件的快慢运动。调速器是用来保持柴油机的转速稳定的。在柴油机的负载变化的过程中，它的转速是会相应发生变化的。当转速降低时，如果调速器不调节，柴油机最终将停掉；当转速升高时，如果调速器不作用，柴油机最终将无法承受过大的离心力而损坏。调速器的作用就是保持柴油机的转速稳定。另外调速器还可以保持柴油机的最低转速和最高转速，防止低转速运转时熄火和高转速运转时“飞车”，造成机械损坏。运行时，柴油机所带的负载是不断变化的。在负载变化时，特别是突然变化时，必须保持柴油机的转速稳定。调速器就是自动保持转速稳定的装置。对于发电用的柴油机，要求其转速基本恒定在同步转速，对调速器的调速特性要求很高。而调速器前壳是调速器的工作场所（调速器主要安装于壳体内）。其工艺工装设计的是否合理将会直接关系到油泵能否正常的工作，从而影响调速器的性能指标。关键字：调速器 调速器箱 柴油机 指导老师签名：Governor and the former Shell tool design processStudent name:Wu Han Ping Class:0781052 Supervisor:Wang Xi YangAbstract：The graduation project topic is the former governor shell processing technology and tooling design.
