毕业设计说明书中文摘要双缸长冲程液压抽油机摘要：本设计双缸长冲程液压抽油机，是一种利用电动机动力，通过由油泵、液压缸控制装置等组成的液压系统和金属支架，带动抽油泵的泵筒和泵杆作相对运动，完成抽吸原油作用。在我国现有的采油机械中，机械式抽油机效率低、自重重、冲程短、成品高。现普遍在各油田应用的游梁式抽油机就属于这种机械。进来投入使用的链式抽油机，虽然具有六米冲程，但是自重重、效率低、成品高、可靠性差等缺点还没解决结构特点。 长冲程液压式抽油机工作过程是：由电动机火发电机驱动的油泵将工作油经滤油器，送入电磁滑阀，通过滑阀将工作油送入抽油杆缸的工作腔，使柱塞杆向上移动，与它一起的抽油杆柱和抽油泵柱塞也随之向上冲程。这时，油管油缸下腔的工作油在活塞上方压力和油管柱重量、加热器到动力油泵吸油口。油管油缸的活塞向下移动，与它一起的油管柱和抽油泵泵筒也随之向下冲程。这样一来，抽油泵柱塞向上冲程，而泵筒向下冲程，抽油泵进行排油过程，原油是经过油管固定套管排到地面上的。该机结构简单，加工制造容易，自重轻，不用大基础，成本低，冲程长；关键词：双油缸液压系统 单作用缸 液压抽油机 油泵 液压缸。long-stroke hydraulic cylinder unitAbstract The design of long-stroke hydraulic cylinder unit, is a use of motor power,through a pump, hydraulic cylinder, control unit and hydraulic system composed of metal stents, driven pump of the pump barrel and pump rod for relative movement, complete the role of pumping crude oil.
