盐城工学院本科毕业设计说明书桨叶式搅拌机的设计摘要：为了提高加工效率，本课题设计了一种出料粒度为1520mm的桨叶式搅拌机，根据要求设计了锤击部分和反击部分。 物料由进料口进入破碎腔，经过锤头的冲击、剪切、劈碎、折断，实现物料的中碎；锤击的物料冲击到安装在破碎腔内的反击板上，又经过物料与反击板、物料与物料的互相冲击,从而实现了物料的细碎。本机融合了锤式搅拌机、反击式搅拌机与桨叶式搅拌机的优点,降低了生料和熟料的入磨粒度，较好地达到了设计要求。关键词：搅拌机；反击板；锤头The designe of Vertical spindle type breakerAbstract: In order to enhance the processing efficiency, this topic has designed one kind of material granularity is 15 20mm vertical spindle type breaker, according to requested to design has hammered the part and the counter-attack part.
