沈阳工学院毕业设计说明书摘 要此次设计的振动脱水机是利用直线脱水筛来对物料进行脱水的，主要构成部分包括箱体，底座，激振器，弹性支撑，筛网，电动机等，完成了振动脱水机的整体方案设计，并通过动力参数计算确定了零件的大小尺寸，完成了工程图的绘制，并通过三维建模软件Solidworks对机器进行建模并虚拟装配。机器采用两个反响旋转的惯性激振器作为激振源，激振力与水平方向的夹角为45，即机体的振动方向角为45，通过物料往复运动过程中与筛面的撞击完成脱水，筛箱由两部分组成，筛面上面的部分用于承载物料，下面的部分用于排水，上层已脱水物料通过出料口送出，被筛出的水分通过排水管送出。整个箱体结构由热轧钢板，角钢以及无缝钢管焊接而成，筛面在脱水过程中易出现阻塞现象，需要定期更换。底座部分用于箱体的固定，采用热轧角钢，槽钢焊接而成。弹性支撑部分的弹簧使整个系统区别于无阻尼系统，有着非常重要的作用，通过合理的计算与设计，选取合适的弹簧可以提高脱水的效率。这种振动脱水机具有性能可靠、结构简单、能耗少、噪音低、振型稳定、寿命长等优点；从使用、制造、维修等方面都体现出经济实用性。关键词：振动脱水机；惯性式激振器；直线振动筛ABSTRACTThe design of the vibration of the machine is using linear sieve dehydration to dehydrate the materials, Main components including body, base, vibrator, elastic support, screen, motor, etc.,I completed the vibration dryer overall scheme design, And through the dynamic parameters, calculate to determine the size of the parts size, completed the project figure drawing, and through the three dimensional modeling software Solidworks modeling and virtual assembly on the machine. The whole body structure by the hot rolled steel plate, Angle steel and seamless steel tube welding to form, sieving liable to occur in the dehydration process blocking phenomenon, need to be replaced regularly. Fixed base part for enclosure, usinghot rolling Angle steel,channel steelwelded together.
