2011届毕业设计（论文）薄壁瓦制造工艺及其工装设计教 学 部： 机电信息工程教学部 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 生 姓 名： 张 波 班 级：机械0702 学号 0712110242 指导教师姓名： 周 小 灵 职称 副 教 授 最终评定成绩 2011年5月 湖南工业大学科技学院毕业设计（论文）薄壁瓦制造工艺及其工装设计教 学 部：机电信息工程教学部专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化学 号：0712110242学生姓名： 张 波指导教师：周小灵 副教授 2011年5月湖南工业大学科技学院毕业设计（论文）摘 要工业汽轮机是一种将热能（蒸汽）转化为机械能（涡轮）动力的，是能量转换中的关键技术装备。工业汽轮机分为：工业驱动气轮机和工业发电汽轮机，工业驱动汽轮机：其用户主要分布在石化、炼油、化工、化肥、冶金、火力发电、制药、水泥、造纸等领域。发电汽轮机：其用户主要分布在城市区域热电联产、企业自备电站、城市垃圾电站等领域。 由于设备及燃料价格日益上涨，当前汽轮机用户较过去更加重视高效率和低投资，近年来，汽轮机的研究发展集中在低缸部分。然而，薄壁瓦作为十分重要的部件，在备用件生产方面，国内存在着技术问题，使得设备使用成本上升。 薄壁瓦是支承轴的零件或部件，轴颈与轴瓦为面接触，属于滑动摩擦。与滚动轴承相比，具有承载能力大、耐冲击和振动，广泛应用于高速、大功率和低速重载的机器中；运转平稳性能好，可以得到很高的旋转精度，因此常用作金属切削机床的主轴轴承；剖分式结构便于安装和检修调试，成为大型设备选择支承方式的唯一可行途径；此外，结构简单、成本低廉，可长期运转而无需加注润滑剂。综上所述，滑动轴承凭借其显著的优越性被石油及化工企业广泛应用于生产设备与机器之中。我国薄壁瓦市场发展迅速，产品产出持续扩张，国家产业政策鼓励薄壁瓦产业向高新技术产品方向发展，国内企业对新增投资项目投资逐渐增多，从而推动国内对于机械设备备用件生产上的技术水平得到提高，使得国内机械设备的使用成本降低。关键词：汽轮机，薄壁瓦，轴承瓦IABSTRACTIndustrial steam turbine is a thermal energy (steam) into mechanical energy (turbine) power, is the key to energy conversion technology and equipment.
