(学号): 0951334长春理工大学光电信息学院毕 业 设 计(论 文)译文 电动机机座底面组合机床夹具设计学 生 姓 名黄子傲专 业机械设计制造及其自动化学 号0951334指 导 教 师仲丛华分 院机电工程分院 2013年3月26号组合机床CAD 技术的研究现状及发展趋势* 组合机床计算机辅助设计从20 世纪70 年代发展至今,已成为CAD 领域的重要分支。文中从组合机床计算机辅助设计所包含的4 个主要研究方面( 组合机床CAD 系统、总体CAD 技术、多轴箱CAD 技术、夹具CAD 技术) 入手,对国内外组合机床CAD 相关技术的研究成果进行了回顾( 主要是近10 年的研究成果) ,并指出了研究组合机床CAD 技术存在的问题及发展趋势。 组合机床的通用化、系列化、标准化程度较高,其通用零部件达70% 90%,它具有高效、高质、经济实用的特征,因而被广泛应用于工程机械、交通、能源、军工、轻工、家电等行业。目前,随着CAD 技术的成熟及各种CAD 软件的涌出,在支撑软件和硬件的基础上,针对不同行业、不同专业进行软件二次开发,开发出适合本行业、本专业的专用商品化软件,不仅可以取得良好的经济效益,而且会取得重大的社会效益。组合机床是属于一次性设计、一次性制造的单件生产的产品,其结构变化多样,设计量大,设计工作复杂,尤其是在当前竞争激烈的市场经济中,产品寿命周期不断缩短,品种日益增多。加工产品不同,组合机床也就不同,这要求工程技术人员要不断地提高机床的开发能力,以满足市场要求。因此,如何高效、高质量地设计出组合机床已经成为组合机床厂家追求的目标。 1 组合机床CAD 技术概述 从20 世纪70 年代开始组合机床CAD 技术的研究已发展成为CAD 技术的一个重要组成部分。目前,围绕组合机床CAD 技术的研究主要包括以下几方面:( 1) 组合机床总体设计。 组合机床总体设计的任务首先要实现从产品的特征模型上提取加工工艺信息作为组合机床CAD 系统进行设计的对象与依据; 其次是建立确定性的知识库,如切削力计算,通用部件的配套关系,刀具工具的选择,加工示意图的绘制等知识; 还要建立通用部件库及各部件规格尺寸等的数据库。在此基础上开发基于知识的组合机床总体方案CAD 系统,通过对知识库中知识的推理,引导用户完成组合机床工序图设计、加工示意图设计、机床总图设计、性能分析等全过程2。( 2) 组合机床多轴箱的设计。 组合机床多轴箱CAD 系统是根据总体设计( 如主轴坐标、转速等) ,完成传动轴坐标计算、各种几何干涉校核、传动部件的强度校核,从而实现传动系统的设计,自动生成多轴箱的明细表、自动绘制多轴箱装配总图、箱体补充加工图、前后侧盖补充加工图、专用零件图。( 3) 组合机床夹具设计。 组合机床夹具CAD 系统由于专用性很强,该系统必须由设计人员交互地设计完成。对于组合机床夹具CAD 系统要按照其主要功能实现4 个模块的自动设计: 定位支撑CAD 系统、夹紧机构CAD 系统、导向装置CAD 系统和典型夹具夹紧力的计算机辅助分析与计算。为了实现这几个模块,需要建立组合机床夹具的通用件库、通用件的选择知识库、尺寸公差、形位公差等数据库和程序库,利用交互设计方法实现设计。2 组合机床CAD 技术国内外研究现状及成果2 1 国外现状及成果国外组合机床CAD 技术的研究开始得比较早。进入20 世纪90 年代以来,随着计算机技术的发展,交互式绘图和数据库管理系统等的发展和应用,使组合机床CAD 技术日益实用,且使用范围不断扩大。PetterOlofsgard 等人开发了分布式虚拟组合机床制造系统,该系统支持全生命周期,包括设计、仿真、编程、分析、机器操作及重构,并可以在开放的系统库中进行分布式管理及信息的存储。Won Soo Yun 等人研究了虚拟机床的开发,详细分析了虚拟机床开发的基础,该系统能够预测切削过程的结果,虚拟机床系统在数控机床实际切削之前通过“伪真实加工”来根据产品的生产率和属性提供正确的切削条件、补偿或加工过程的控制。Tien-I Liu等人开发了用于产品制造的基于知识的高速加工系统,该系统提供了关于高速加工各方面的具体知识。如在高速切削过程中的加工参数、刀具材料、稳定性分析等,能够进行工件材料、切削速度及切削刀具材料不同组合加工效果的评估,系统还提供产品在高速加工制造下的稳定性分析和图形的高速加工概念的可视化显示。据了解,美国的BURGMAST,KINGSBURY,INGERSOLL,LAMB、CINCINNATI,CROSS,德国的Huller-Hille,Vogtland 等主要机床厂家都已经使机床的设计普遍应用CAD 技术。其中最引人注目的是INGERSOLL公司具有50 个交互式CAD 工作站组成的软、硬件环境,实现了机床设计几乎100%的CAD 化。目前,组合机床已经向CAD/CAM 集成系统发展。2 2 国内现状及成果 20 世纪70 年代初,大连组合机床研究所开发了基于AutoCAD 的组合机床设计系统,拉开了我国组合机床CAD 系统研究的帷幕。近年来,随着CAD 软件的成熟应用,我国有很多学术单位和团队对组合机床CAD 系统做了不同程度的探索,主要有以下几方面的研究:( 1) 组合机床CAD 系统开发方面。 国内对组合机床设计采用CAD 的认识比较早。20 世纪70 年代初,大连组合机床研究所就开始了这方面的研究工作。1978 年国家把组合机床CAD 列为机械工业重点项目,并责成上海交通大学、大连组合机床研究所、机械部自动化研究所负责,大连理工大学、清华大学、北京工业大学、上海机电产品研究院等单位参加,对钻孔组合机床CAD 进行了研究,从此揭开了我国组合机床CAD 技术的序幕。经过十多年的努力,取得了初步成果。但受当时硬件条件及软件环境的限制,软件适用范围窄,用户使用不方便。 1998 年大连组合机床研究所又开发了组合机床CAD 软件,并通过专家鉴定。该软件技术先进、性能可靠、功能强、方便实用,为我国组合机床行业提供了现代化的设计工具,其技术水平处于国内领先地位。该软件已在组合机床设计制造的专业厂和从事内燃机、发动机生产的大中型企业的组合机床设计制造部门广泛应用6。企业在改造传统产业中,通过采用CAD 技术,提高了设计水平,增强了企业的创造能力和产品竞争能力,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。周益民利用自顶向下的方法以UG 软件为平台对组合机床CAD 系统进行了研制7,该系统利用的WAVE( What if Alternate value Engineering) 技术能够实现产品的分级控制。文献8 9采用模块化的设计技术以UG 为平台开发了组合机床CAD 系统,该系统的主控程序包括切削用量计算模块、加工示意图设计模块、主轴箱设计模块、数据库管理程序,三维模型模板库包括组合机床通用件图形库、加工示意图图形库、主轴箱设计图形库、机床总体装配模型图形库,几乎覆盖了组合机床设计的全过程。伍胜男等人根据模块化设计理论以UG 为平台建立了组合机床图形库,对组合机床进行变型设计,通过对组合机床设计的实践探讨,实现了组合机床的快速重构。郭志强等人开发了基于B /S 的组合机床异地设计系统11,实现了用户通过浏览器在组合机床设计系统的引导下可完成对组合机床设计的动力头功率计算模块、自动匹配组合机床模块、自动装配、生成三图一卡等总体设计和主轴箱等模块的详细设计。( 2) 组合机床总体CAD 设计方面。 大连机床集团公司于1996 年开发的组合机床方案CAD 系统通过机械部技术鉴定,与会专家一致认为: 该系统方案正确、技术先进、功能齐全、实用性强,在国内处于同行业的领先地位,并达到了国际20世纪90 年代初期的先进水平。该系统是设计组合机床及其自动线的总体方案,即报价方案设计、机床总图设计、加工示意图设计、被加工零件工序图设计和生产率计算卡计算。适用于钻孔、扩孔、铰孔、加工螺纹、镗孔、铣削平面等加工种类和各种配置形式的组合机床。与此同时,谭豫之等人也开发了基于AutoCAD 环境的组合机床总体计算机辅助设计系统,包括5 个模块: 计算选型模块、加工工序图模块、加工示意图模块、联系尺寸图模块和生产率计算卡模块。该系统在北京拖拉机公司的组合机床设计中得到了应用。文献基于Solid Edge 进行了组合机床总体设计三维造型系统的研制,系统实现了组合机床通用部件变量化造型,建立了通用部件模板库,按照组合机床的分类特点进行装配,得到不同类型的组合机床。文献以三维软件Pro /E 为平台开发出组合机床总体CAD 设计系统。该系统包括5 个模块: 加工参数与工艺信息提取模块、分析计算模块、标准零部件选择模块、专用零部件设计模块、数据库管理模块,使设计人员能够利用数字化手段实现不同类型组合机床总体设计结构的虚拟装配,大大提高了设计效率。( 3) 组合机床多轴箱CAD 设计方面 多轴箱是组合机床各组成部分中重要的专用部件,经由箱体内的传动系统传动多根主轴旋转运动,并通过刀具完成孔、螺纹等加工工艺。因此,对于组合机床多轴箱的CAD 设计研究有特别重要的意义。目前,多轴箱的CAD 技术研究及应用已经研制出比较实用的软件系统。AutoCAD 环境下运行的多轴箱CAD 系统,这些系统都已在企业中得到了应用,系统功能齐全,方便工程师使用。系统根据组合机床总体设计( 即三图一卡) 提供的原始数据可以完成多轴箱传动系统设计( 包括完成传动轴布置方案的选择、齿轮排列、坐标计算、各传动零件的强度及刚度校核,几何干涉校核等) 和绘图及打印明细表( 包括完成绘制多轴箱装配图及列出装配明细表、绘制各类通用部件补充加工图、绘制专用件零件图、整理打印零件明细表等) 。文献分别以UG 和Pro /E 为平台开发了多轴箱的辅助设计系统,其功能也能实现多轴箱体的设计和传动系统的设计,只是还缺乏企业的实际检验。( 4) 组合机床夹具CAD 设计方面。 夹具是组合机床的重要组成部件,是根据机床的工艺和结构方案的具体要求而专门设计的。它是用于实现被加工零件的准确定位、夹压、刀具的导向,以及装卸工件时的限位等作用的。其布局合理与否,直接决定着组合机床生产的成败。蔡瑾等人对夹具的装夹规划、构形设计、性能评价等方面的研究成果进行了综述,然而,纵观国内市场,目前尚没有完善的夹具CAD 系统可供设计人员使用,特别是组合机床夹具CAD 系统。目前,针对组合机床夹具CAD 系统的研究相对较少。大连组合机床研究所基于AutoCAD R14 0开发了组合机床夹具CAD 软件。系统按照组合机床行业标准,建立以下模块: 定位支撑系统CAD、夹紧机构CAD、导向装置CAD、典型夹紧机构夹紧力的计算机辅助分析与计算。各模块分别建立图形库、数据库和程序库,利用交互设计方法实现设计。咸斌针对箱体类零件钻镗组合机床夹具设计中存在的大量标准件和典型结构提出基于被加工件三维模型的箱体类组合机床夹具设计方法24,研究了夹具的定位设计、夹紧设计和导向设计。3 组合机床CAD 技术发展面临的问题和趋势 上述分别从不同方面对组合机床的计算机辅助设计进行了分析,为组合机床CAD 的研究提供了更多的借鉴和参考,但是至今仍没有成熟的CAD 商品化系统。下面分析组合机床CAD 系统研究存在的主要问题,提出相应的解决措施和发展趋势:( 1) 从组合机床CAD 系统的研究平台看,主要有以AutoCAD 为代表的二维软件平台和UG,Pro /E,Solidedge各种三维软件平台下进行的研究。二维平台上开发的设计系统相对比较成熟,已经在企业中得到了实际应用; 而三维软件平台下的组合机床CAD 系统的研究,大多数只研究了组合机床CAD 系统设计中的某一部分内容,存在着不同程度的缺陷。随着各种三维软件日益成熟的应用,越来越多的企业正由二维的计算机辅助设计过渡到三维计算机辅助设计。国际标准化组织于2006 年底制定出ISO16792 标准25,该三维标注国际标准的制定将推动三维计算机辅助设计技术发展的步伐。( 2) 从开发CAD 系统的研究者看,主要来自于高校和企业。高校研究的软件平台一般都是以比较先进的三维软件为开发环境,但由于一般的高校研究者缺乏组合机床一线设计的经验,系统设计需求获取的不全面,导致设计的系统不完善,企业觉得“不好用“,不能真正地提高设计效率。而由企业设计的系统相对“好用”,因为企业的工程师有着多年的设计经验,开发的系统符合企业的设计需求。但随着三维CAD 软件的迅速发展,企业从资金、精力上往往难以及时更新,目前几乎没有看到企业基于三维软件进行组合机床CAD 系统的开发研究。高校一般具备先进的三维软件平台和雄厚的开发技术,能为组合机床CAD 系统的开发提供技术力量,而企业的设计工程师有多年的实战设计经验,具备将组合机床的专家领域知识进行知识挖掘的能力,只有高校和企业联合起来的设计团队才可能会设计出实用的组合机床CAD 系统。另外,开发的系统只有在企业中由设计工程师经过无数实际案例的不断检验,对系统不断地测试调试,才能使系统趋于完善,达到“好用”的效果。( 3) 从系统设计的方法看组合机床CAD 系统目前主要是利用参数化建模技术和模块化设计方法来开发实现,这些系统为设计人员提供了方便、快捷、高效的设计工具,但涉及专家系统方面的设计软件还未见到,没有形成一种智能型CAD 设计系统。然而,在人工智能( Artificial Intelligence,AI) 技术飞速发展的今天,随着知识工程( Knowledge Based Engineering,KBE) 技术的发展和深入研究,智能化CAD 系统将应运而生。KBE 技术在工业产品生命开发周期的每个阶段都能够充分重复利用各种实践经验、专家知识及其他有关信息,为组合机床CAD 系统设计向智能化方向发展提供理论基础。 Combination of machine CAD technology status and development trend * The combination machine computer-aided design development from the 1970s and has become an important branch of the field of CAD.
