（河南机电高等专科学校毕业设计） 摘 要 本设计题目为挡条套塑料模设计，体现了对带有凸台零件的设计要求，具有一定的设计意义。本文首先简要的概述了塑料模在社会领域中的作用及其以后的发展方向；其次对工件图进行工艺性分析，进而确定设计方案，考虑脱模方法，计算工作零件的尺寸和选择其它零部件；最后进行总结，绘制总装图和零件图。在设计中，运用到了塑料模具设计与制造的基础知识。脱模方式的确定，是本设计的关键，这设计的正确与否直接关系到成本的高低和设计模具能否正常工作。由于制件尺寸较小，又带有小凸台，通过计算又不能进行强制脱模，综合考虑以上因素，采用成型顶杆结构比较经济、合理。通过这次毕业设计不仅使我掌握了塑料模设计的一般流程，学习到了好多课本上没有学到的知识，更重要的是让我学会了如何查阅资料，使我受益颇深。关键词：模具设计与制造 成型顶杆 工艺性分析 ABSTRACT This is a set of platic moulds about backing jacket what the parts with convex platform .have a meaning of mold design .This text the brief plastic role in socal field of mould of summary and developing direction afterwards at first.then carry on the craft to analyse according to the work piece picture , defininite the design plan ,consider the stripper method ,calculate out mould work some size ,choose other standard spare part according to the designing requirement . At the end have a generalize drafting the assemblely drawing and part drawing.During the design,operating the foundation knowledge about mold desin and making ,the key to designing is choosing the stripper method ,whether this one that is involne directly or not correctly whether the level of the cost and design mould could work normally.Owing to the element too samall with convex platform,dont stripper by forcing ,intgration above factorials,choosing the forming pressure pin is very rationalization.Make me not merely the general procedure of plastic mold design through graduation project once ,study to the knowledge not learning to get on many text books even more,the more importmant is make me know how to look up document benefit me a
