黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计I摘要垃圾车在现代生活中起到的作用越来越大，越来越被人们的重视。现代的垃圾车设计在专用车设计中的占有的地位也越来越高。目前，垃圾车设计普遍存在着价位过高，与当前垃圾车的实际接受能力存有一定的距离，致使高消费的垃圾专用车的消费量较小。本设计从市场现实需求角度出发，看重实际，把设计功能较完善合理，充分满足功能要求作为设计目标。在设计中,积极使用新型材料、降低成本价格,以期生产出占有市场优势,功能全，价格低，市场需求量较多的实用型摆臂垃圾车。设计中，针对现有垃圾车厢斗由于使用环境问题，而致使存在的厢斗易腐蚀、使用周期短的不良现象，加置抗腐蚀性强的内层厢体，大大延长了厢斗的使用寿命，进一步增加了实用性。较好的解决了该类垃圾车车厢斗的易腐蚀问题。并且内层材料价格相对较低,有望成为摆臂式垃圾车密封车厢的新产品。关键词关键词：垃圾车；车厢；摆臂；支腿；液压系统黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计IIABSTRACTGarbage truck the role which plays in the modern life is getting bigger and bigger, more and more by peoples value.
