（the mould of canopy）摘要 根据盖塞塑件的生产批量、PS（聚苯乙烯）塑料的成型性能特点以及盖塞的结构特点，设计成盖塞注塑模具较为合理。盖塞为通用零件，其精度要求不高但由于结构原因，需要成型外部螺纹，使模具结构相对复杂，增加了装配时的难度。为成型螺纹，模具结构上需要采用螺纹抽芯机构，为便于螺纹型芯的抽出，模具采用齿轮齿条抽芯机构，即可采用普通卧式注塑机，由与塑件对精度要求不高，成型零件加工较为容易本模具采用一模两腔，总体上该模具机构简单，制造容易，生产周期短，节约了企业加工成本，缩短了模具制造周期。关键词：外部螺纹 螺纹抽芯 齿轮齿条机构Abstract Model the structure characteristics that the function characteristics and covers fill according to the production batch quantity, the PS( gather the styrene) plastics that the cover fills the piece of Plastics , the design becomes the cover to fill to note the molding tool of Plastics to compare for the reasonable.The cover fills for the in general use spare parts, its accuracy request is not highBut because of the structure reason, need to model the exterior thread, make opposite complications of the molding tool structure, increased the assemble the difficulty of the hour.In order to model the thread, need to adopt the thread to take out the organization of core on the molding tool structure, draw out for a core of easy to thread, molding tool adoption the wheel gear tooth takes out the organization of core , adopting the commonness lie type to note the machine of Plastics then from having not high request to the accuracy with piece of Plastics , modeling the spare parts to process more easyThis molding tool adopts two antrums of one mold, total ascend that molding tool organization simple, make easily, produce the period short, economized the business enterprise to process the cost, shorten the molding tool manufacturing period.Keyword:The
