摘要 随着现代制造技术的迅速发展,计算机技术的应用,在工业生产中,模具已成为生产各种工业产品不可缺少的重要工艺装备。特别是在塑料产品的生产过程中,塑料模具的应用及其广泛,在各类模具中的地位也越来越突出,其中废纸篓的模具设计也成为具有代表意义的模具之一。市场上也的废纸篓形状、功能各异,有卡通版的、家具版的,这些都可以吸引顾客的目光,引起顾客的购买欲。此次设计的废纸篓结构较简单,但在设计时考虑其应用,还相应地做了些曲面,所以曲面的结构较多,计算也较多。本次设计阐述了模具CAD/CAE的技术特点以及先进制造模式在模具行业中的应用。在进行注塑模设计时,可以方便、准确、快速地查询和计算出所有设计参数,它是模具设计智能化、快速化的重要技术手段。 塑料是20世纪发展起来的新兴材料,由于应用广泛已替代部分金属、木材、皮革及其硅酸盐等自然材料,成为现代工业和生活中不可缺少的一种人造化学合成材料,并与木材、金属、硅酸盐三种传统材料一起,成为现代工业生产中四种重要的原材料之一,而注塑模是其中发展较快的种类,它是随着石油工业的发展而应而生的,目前塑料制件几乎已经进入一切工业部门以及人民日常生活的各个领域。随着机械工业电子工业,航空工业、仪器仪表工业和日常用品工业的发展,塑料成型制件的需求量越来越多,质量要求也越来越高,这就要求成型塑件的模具的开发,设计制造的水平也须越来越高。因此,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。 近年来,出现了许多新的塑料成型工艺方法。如注射成型技术方面的无流道凝料成型、热固性塑料注射成型、排气注射成型反应注射成型以及多种塑料的共注射成型,常用的成型工艺有注射成型、压缩成型、传递成型、挤出成型、中空吹塑成型、真空吸塑与气压成型等。通过对塑料成型工艺的正确分析,设计了一副一模一腔的塑料模具。模具中决定塑件几何形状和尺寸的零部件称为成型零件,包括螺钉、浇套口、型腔、型芯、推件板、动模板、吊环、导柱等的设计与加工工艺过程。成型零部件在工作时直接与塑料接触,在一定的温度下承受熔体的高温和高压,因此必须要有合理的结构、较高的强度和刚度、较好的耐磨性、正确的几何形状、较高的尺寸精度和较低的表面粗糙度。重要零件的工艺参数的选择与计算,推出机构与浇注系统以及其它结构的设计过程。 根据塑料现有的设计计算资料及已知的设计参数,确定了塑料废纸篓注射模总体设计方案。对塑料废纸篓的工艺性能进行了分析,注射机的选择、分型面的确定、型腔数目的确定、成型零件的设计、浇注系统的设计、脱模机构的设计。根据计算结果最后完成了塑料废纸篓注射模结构设计。除此之外,还包括模具型腔部分,并利用先进软件将其加工部分直接生成文件。本文强调利用现代计算机辅助设计制造技术,等国内外著名软件进行辅助设计,既保证了产品的质量,还大大地提高了制造生产率,缩短了产品更新的周期。关键词:模具设计;方便;注射;Abstract With the rapid development of modern manufacturing technology, the application of computer technology in industrial production, the mold has become indispensable to the production of various industrial productimportant process equipment. This design elaborated the mould CAD/CAE technology characteristic and the application of the advanced manufacturing mode in the mold industry. In injection mold design, can be convenient, accurate and fast query and calculate all the design parameters, it is an important technology of the mould design intelligent, rapidness method.Plastic is the emerging materials developed in the 20th century, due to the widely used replacing part of the metal, wood, leather and silicate has the natural material such as, become indispensable in modern industry and life a kind of artificial synthetic material, and compared with wood, metal, silicate three traditional materials together, become one of the four important raw materials in modern industrial production, and injection mold is one of the types of fast development, it is with the development of petroleum industry and should be born, at present plastic parts already in almost all industrial sectors and different areas of the Peoples Daily life. With mechanical industry electronics industry, aviation industry, instrument industry and supplies the development of industry, more and more demand for plastic molding parts, quality requirements also more and more high, this requires molding plastics mold The level of development, design and manufacture should be higher and higher. Therefore, the research injection mold to understand the plastic product production process and improve the quality of products has great significance.In recent years, many new methods of plastic molding process. Such as injection molding technology of flow condensation forming, thermosetting plastic injection molding, exhaust injection molding reaction injection molding, and a variety of plastic injection molding, common molding process of injection molding, compression molding, transfer molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, vacuum pressure molding (blister), etc. Through the correct analysis of plastic forming process, designed a pair of one module and one cavity plastic mold. Mold in the geometric shape and size of the plastic parts called molding parts, including screw, water mouth, cavity, core, ejecting board, dynamic template, the suspension loop, the design and machining process of guide pillar and so on. Molding parts in direct contact with the plastic at work, at a certain temperature melt under high temperature and high pressure, so there must be a reasonable structure, high strength and rigidity, good wear resistance, the correct geometry, high dimensional accuracy and low surface roughness. Important parts of the process parameters selection and calculation, and extrusion outfit, inject system and other structures of the design process.According to the calculation in the design of plastic existing data and the known design parameters, determine the overall design scheme of the wastepaper basket plastic injection mould. Performance of the technology of plastic waste paper basket was analyzed, and the determination of the selection of injection machine, the parting surface, cavity number, molding parts design, the design of gating system design, demoulding mechanism. According to the calculation results finally completed the plastic waste basket injection mould structure design. In addition, also including the mold parts, and use the advanced software to its processing part of the generated files directly.
