河南理工大学2007届毕业设计（论文）摘要本次设计主要是卧式超声珩磨机床的总体设计，根据设计的内容要求，将对CA6140型车床进行改进，使其达到满足一定要求的卧式珩磨机床。该设计首先从超声珩磨机床的主要功用开始，介绍了当今的珩磨加工工艺、超声技术以及珩磨机床的应用和发展。然后又针对机床的总体布局进行分析，通过对设计要求的分析，设计出符合一定要求的夹具和液压系统。之后，就是对导轨的比压进行计算，来验证导轨的刚度是否符合要求。当然，本次设计的重点是对液压系统的设计与分析，根据液压系统在工作时的受力情况和速度分析，来确定选择合适的液压缸及其尺寸。对其液压系统在快进、工进和快退不同阶段的情况分析，画出符合条件的速度功率图、力速度图和流量速度图。然后，通过对不同液压系统的分析来确定适合的液压系统来，并且选择符合要求的各个控制元件以及油管、油箱和液压油等等。在确定适合的液压系统之后，就是对液压系统的验算和修改。通过对油温度的验算，来确定是否需要冷却。压力的损失和功率的计算来验证所选择的液压系统是否符合要求。到此液压系统的设计完成。 关键字：珩磨机床、液压系统AbstractThe design is mainly horizontal ultrasonic honing machine design, the content based on the requirements of design, CA6140 lathe will be improved so that it can meet certain requirements of the horizontal honing machine.First, from the design of ultrasonic honing machine main function, introduced the use and development of the modern honing process, Ultrasound technology and machine tools honing.
