2、cy, oee），减少购买设备数，降低设备维修成本，增加现有设 备有效开动率。 oee 简单而实用，是实际而有效的生产监控与改善的工具，经常被用 作为全面生产保养（total productive maintenance, tpm）和精益生产 （lean manufacturing, lm）的最基本的标准，在欧美的制造业里得到 了广泛的应用。 论文结合企业（富士迈公司）的实际情况，运用工业工程的持续改 善思想和原理建立了一整套持续改善的方法，并建立了整个系统的运作 流程，并用oee 的指标和ssqa standardized supplier quality assessment 的指标对机加

3、工系统建立了评价体系，通过对机加工线的改善实践证明 企业所建立的这一套流程是切实可行的，取得了良好的效果。本课题是 在富士迈公司为满足其最大客户 amat 美国应用材料公司 各项稽核指标 的要求的背景下产生，且公司为籍此次机会，提升自身竞争力，在公司 内部建立比较完善的改善体系，并结合oee 的手段和方法，找出机加工 车间存在的问题，并针对主要问题，运用工业工程的指导思想和先进的 技术来进行改善，以提升设备有效产能输出，避免大量资金用于购买新 设备来增加产能输出，降低单位产出成本，提高在产业链中的竞争力。 第 i 页 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 摘要 文章最后通过实例来阐述改善的过程和方法，
