黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计摘要汽车改装式升降台是一种应用前景很广的机械设备，它是以液压元件为动力部件，以支撑杆为主要承载部件，通过在二类底盘上改装的高空作业及运输的专用设备。汽车改装式升降台可用于工厂、自动仓库、停车场、市政、码头、建筑、装修、物流、电力、交通，石油、化工、酒店、体育馆、工矿、企业等的高空作业及维修。升降平台升降系统，是靠液压驱动，也被称作液压升降平台所以发展前景很好。本设计应用CATIA软件对其进行三维建模，在将各零部件通过CATIA与ANSYS建立的接口导入ANSYS软件中进行受力分析，最后再将整体装配图导入到ADMAS软件中进行运动仿真及干涉校核。利用上述三种软件进行汽车改装式升降台虚拟设计及仿真分析，可以发现并更正设计缺陷，完善设计方案，缩短开发周期，提高设计质量和效率，为生产实际提供理论支持。各种软件的应用能够大大缩短设计周期，也一定是以后机械行业发展的方向。关键词：升降台；液压；承载部件；二类底盘；专用设备；受力分析；干涉分析ABSTRACTModified car lift station is a very broad application prospects of machinery and equipment, which is based on hydraulic components for the power unit to the main rod bearing parts, chassis modified by second-class high-altitude operations and transport of special equipment. Car modification can be used for factory-style lifts, automatic warehouses, car parks, municipal, port, construction, decoration, logistics, power, transportation, petroleum, chemical industry, hotels, stadiums, industrial and mining enterprises and other high-altitude operations and maintenance. Lifting platform lifting system is driven by hydraulic pressure, also known as hydraulic lift platform, so the development of good prospects. The CATIA software application designed its three-dimensional modeling, in the various components through the establishment of CATIA and ANSYS interface into ANSYS software for mechanical analysis, the final and then the overall assembly drawing into ADMAS software simulation and the intervention school exercise nucleus. Using the three software modified car lift virtual design and simulation, you can find and correct design flaws and improve the design and shorten the development cycle, improve design quality and efficiency, provide theoretical support for the actual production.
