黑龙江工程学院本科生毕业设计摘 要车门的结构设计与优化是整车开发设计中的重要环节，熟悉车门结构的功能要求、结构特点和较见的结构处理方法是车门结构设计的基础；另外，设计的车门应具有足够大的强度、刚度和良好的振动特性，以满足车门闭合时耐冲击性及与侧碰时的耐撞性等各项性能的要求。本设计依据威驰轿车的结构尺寸和功能特点具体设计了一个分体式威驰轿车前车门。 本设计主要完成了车门限位器设计、后视镜设计、外板设计、内板设计、门铰链设计、门锁机构设计、玻璃升降器设计、防撞梁设计及门玻璃等设计。并且对玻璃升降器进行了交叉臂的计算以及对车门铰链及限位器进行了强度校核。设计了一个具有一定功能性、安全性、实用性、经济性的威驰轿车前车门。关键词：结构设计；轿车车门；分体式；限位器；玻璃升降器 ABSTRACT The structure design and optimization is an important link of the development and design, familiar with the door structure requirements of function, structure features and is seen structure processing method is the door structure design of the foundation; In addition, the design of the door should have enough strength, stiffness and good vibration characteristics, to meet the door closed and resistance to impact and side when touch the crashworthiness of and so on each of performance requirements.
