23、凭证 证明信的作用贵在证明，是持有者用以证明自己身份、经历或某事真实性的一种凭证，所以证明信的第一个特点就是它的凭证的作用。 (二)书信体的格式 证明信是一种专用书信，尽管证明信有好几种形式，但它的写法同书信的写法基本一致，它大部分采用书信体的格式。 中文证明信 不论是哪种形式的证明信，其结构都大致相同，一般都有标题、称呼、正文、署名和日期等构成。 (一)标题 证明信的标题通常有以下两种方式构成： 1.单独以文种名作标题 一般就是在第一行中间冠以“证明信”、“证明”字样。 2.由文种名和事由共同构成 一般也是写在第一行中间。如“关于同志情况(或问题)的证明”。 (二)称呼 要在第二行顶格写上受

24、文单位名称或受文个人的姓名称呼，然后加冒号。有些供有关人员外出活动证明身份的证明信因没有固定的受文者，开头可以不写受文者称呼，而是在正文前用公文引导词“兹”引起正文内容。 (三)正文 正文要在称呼写完后另起一行，空两格书写。要针对对方所要求的要点写，要你证明什么问题就证明什么问题，其它无关的不写。如证明的是某人的历史问题，则应写清人名、何时、何地及所经历的事情；若要证明某一事件，则要写清参与者的姓名、身份，及其在此事件的地位、作用和事件本身的前因后果。也就是要写清人物、事件的本来面目。 正文写完后，要另起一行，顶格写上“特此证明”四个字。也可直接在正文结尾处写出。 (四)落款 落款即署名和写明成文日期。要在正文的右下方写上证明单位或个人的姓名称呼，成文日期写在署名下另起一行，然后由证明单位或证明人加盖公章或签名、盖私章，否则证明信将是无效的。 英语证明信 常采用书信格式，但多略去收信人的姓名、地址和结束语。 称呼用语多用
