12、的重视程度，在单位中，应该以消除火灾隐患、提高防火意识为目的，不作口头文章，以实际行动和措施来切实做好消防安全工作。二、加强消防安全知识培训，提高防范意识由于单位有些岗位涉及到易燃易爆等高危险物质，厂区内部对火灾隐患已经有了一定的防范意识，但通过这次培训，发现现有防范意识程度还是不够的。不论是一线工作人员还是治理人员，都应对岗位和部门可能涉及到的火灾风险和消防通道等消防相关设施有充分的了解。不论是火灾高危险岗位人员还是其他人员，都应该定期接受相关的消防安全教育培训，内容包括：有关消防法规、消防安全制度、保障消防安全的操作规程；各部门各岗位的火灾危险性和防火措施；各种消防设施的性能、灭火器材的使

13、用方法；报火警、扑救初起火灾和自救逃生的知识和技能等。三、消防安全工作要做到“三个抓”，不为隐患留空隙第一是要“抓重点”。涉及到易燃易爆设备和物品的部门除了定期的培训之外，还要经常组织进行防火检查，发现火灾隐患，要记录在案并及时研究整改。组织建立义务消防队，不仅可以及时扑灭前期火灾，更重要的是通过义务消防队的组织，将消防意识和技能深入到重点部门的各方各面。第二是要“抓薄弱”。相对消防安全隐患少的地区往往是最轻易被忽略的地区，但相对安全隐患少并不代表没有安全隐患。消防安全隐患和生产安全隐患不同，后者只会发生在特定的时间和地点，但前者却可能出现在校园的每一个角落。第三是要“抓细节”。千里之堤，毁于

16、灭火器材的使用，火场逃生，人员疏散及自身自救的方法。 三、保持良好的心态。“只有绝望的人，没有绝望的处境。”当面对滚滚的浓烟和熊熊的烈火，保持良好的心态，镇静自若尤为重要。因为只有保持平静的心态，才能冷静理智地去实施消防自救和逃生，就极有可能拯救自己，甚而助救他人。反之，就会出现不辩方向，慌不择路，致使失去有利的逃生机会。经过这次消防培训，使我对消防有了更进一步了解认识，在以后的工作生活中对消防设备设施存在的问题可以及时纠正。 李明洋2013年12月23日消防培训几点体会尊敬的领导：我与11月17日至11月30日，做为友搏药业的一名安全员我有幸参加了在黑龙江消防总队举行的消防对各单位有关人员进
