1、1 GENERATORS 发电机1.1SCOPE OF WORK 作业范围This Technical Specification applies to design, manufacture, shop assembly, shop testing, delivery, erection, site testing, commissioning and guarantee of:本技术规范适用于以下内容的设计、制造、工厂装配、工厂试验、交付、安装、现场试验、调试和质保:- two vertical shaft synchronous AC generators 5 MW, one verti

2、cal shaft synchronous AC generators 15 MW complete with auxiliary equipment, embedded parts, thrust and guide bearings, excitation system, brakes and lifting equipment, air & oil coolers, HP oil production sets, tools, phase terminal and neutral boxes, etc.-两个5MW立式同步交流发电机,一个15MW立式同步交流发电机,配备辅助设备、预埋件、

4、tion shall be used in conjunction with:本技术规范应该与以下一起使用:- General Technical Specification- 总技术规范- Drawings.- 图纸1.2SERVICE CONDITIONS 使用条件1.2.1General 概述Generators are vertical shaft type directly coupled to hydraulic Francis type turbines. They are synchronous type, AC, three phase; 50 Hz.发电机采用直接联结到佛朗

5、西斯水轮机上的立式发电机,为同步发电机,使用交流电,三相,50赫兹频率。Each generator will be associated with one generator terminal box and one generator neutral box.每个发电机都应该连接一个发电机端子箱和一个发电机中性箱。1.2.2Plant Operation 发电厂运行The energy generation has to respect irrigation demands. This means that the units shall be capable for:发电量必须考虑灌溉的

6、需求。1.3PERFORMANCE AND SPECIAL GUARANTEES 性能和特殊质保1.3.1General 概述The Contractor guarantees that the quality and performance of his supply will be in accordance with the relevant standards (ref. General Technical Specification) with all specified requirements and particularly with the following:承包商担保其供

Power Ratings 功率额定- rated output for continuous operation- 持续运行的额定输出5 MW- rated power factor (overexcited)- 额定功率因数(过励磁)0.8- capable to operate with p.f. = 1, i.e.- 能够在p.f. = 1下运行,也就是6.25 MW- frequency- 频率50 Hz- rated output for continuous operation- 持续运行的额定输出15 MW- rat

8、ed power factor (overexcited)- 额定功率因数(过励磁)0.8- capable to operate with p.f. = 1, i.e.- 能够在p.f. = 1下运行,也就是18.75 MW- frequency- 频率50 Hz1.3.3Voltage System and Wave Form 电压系统和波形The generator voltage shall be symmetrical three phase, 50 Hz, 10.5 KV phase-to-phase voltage at generator terminals. 发电机电压应该为

9、对称的三相,50赫兹,发电机端子上相间电压为10.5kV和6.3KV。The generators shall be capable of delivering rated KVA (KW) at specified power factors and rated frequency in the voltage range of 5% of the rated generator voltage. 发电机应该能够在额定发电机电压5%的范围内在指定的功率因数和额定频率下发出额定的功率KVA(KW)。Wave form deviation shall be in accordance with

10、IEC standard.波形偏差应该符合中国标准规定。1.3.4Speed 速度Synchronous speed of the 5 MW units will be 375 r.p.m.,Synchronous speed of the15 MW unit will be 200 r.p.m. clockwise direction of rotation viewed from above. Preliminary calculated respective value of runaway speed are 731 r.p.m.for the 5 MW units, 381.6 r.

11、p.m for the 15 MW unit. However the runaway speed, which shall be taken into account by the generator detailed design shall be the natural runaway speed of the turbine under the highest operating head (as ascertained by turbine manufacturer).5MW设备的同步速度将为375rpm,15MW设备的同步速度将为200rpm,从上往下看旋转方向为顺时针。初步计算的

12、飞逸转速值分别为5MW设备731rpm、15MW设备381.6rpm。但是,发电机设计过程中应该考虑的飞逸转速应该是在最高工作水头运行的涡轮的中性飞逸转速(按照水轮机制造商的确认)。The generator shall be designed to withstand without deformation the stresses caused by the max. turbine runaway speed during max. 2 minutes.发电机的设计应该能够承受最大的水轮机飞逸转速下2分钟产生的应力而不发生变形。No dangerous overheating of th

13、e bearing will be permitted under these conditions. The maximum stresses in gerotating parts at runaway speed shall not exceed 2/3 of the yield strength of the material used. Fluffiness of the requirement should be justified by calculations which shall be submitted to the Employer Representative.在这些

14、条件下,不得对轴承进行危险的过热。以飞逸转速旋转的零件的最大应力不得超过所使用的材料的屈服强度的三分之二。1.3.5Flywheel Effect 飞轮效应Preliminary calculation shows that the flywheel effect of the rotating parts of generators shall be 84.00 tm2.for the 5 MW units, 868.50 tm2 for the 15 MW unit.初步计算显示发电机旋转零件的飞轮效应应该是5MW设备84.00 tm2,15MW设备780tm2.1.3.6Hydrauli

15、c Thrust 水推力The bearings shall be designed to operate continuously in the speed range from 80 to 110 percent of the rated speed. Thrust bearing shall be suitable fo= frequent starting and stopping of the unit轴承的设计应该持续以额定速度的80%到110%的速度范围运行。推力轴承应该适用于设备频繁启动和停止的情况。= restarting immediately after unit shu

17、peed for 2 minutes.轴承应该能够承受额定速度110%以上的超速,包括以最大飞逸转速运行2分钟。1.3.7Cooling Water 冷却水For bearing oil and generator air coolers the cooling water will be taken form the station cooling water system at a pressure of about 2 bars and maximum temperature 25oC . Data regarding water quality are given in the Gen

18、eral Technical Specification.轴承油和发电机空气冷却器的冷却水应该从电站冷却水系统获取,压力大约为2bar,最大温度为25。1.3.8Reactances 电抗Direct axis unsaturated transient reactance based on rated KVA, shall not exceed 30%.根据额定KVA产生的直轴不饱和瞬态电抗不得超过30%。Direct axis sub-transient reactance shall be as high as possible depending of economical const

19、ruction and shall be indicated by manufacturer, but not lower than 18 %.直轴次瞬变电抗应该在保证经济施工的情况下尽可能高,并且应该由制造商指定,但不得少于18%。1.3.9Insulation 绝缘The stator windings shall be insulated with class F (according to IEC standard) insulation. Strand insulation material shall be glass or mica tape. Turn and coil ins

20、ulation shall be mica tape applied continuously throughout the coils. The insulation of the stator coils shall be provided with an outer protective taping of semi- conducting material to provide corona shielding. The outer protective taping shall be heat resistant and shall not deteriorate under hig

The winding and insulation shall be capable of with

22、standing all mechanical stresses that can be caused by the maximum runaway speed.磁场绕组应该包含边缘的铜条散绕,并且同样也应该为F等级绝缘。绕组和绝缘应该能够承受会造成最大飞逸转速的机械应力。1.3.10Excitation and Voltage Regulation 励磁和电压调节All generators shall be equipped with brushless type excitation system. Excitation energy will be supplied from the

23、generators main leads through a rectifier transformer.所有的发电机都应该配备励磁系统。励磁能量应该由发电机主引线通过整流变压器来提供。The excitation system shall be capable for continuous operation of the generator at 110% of the rated capacity with 105% of the rated voltage.励磁系统应该能够保证发电机在额定电容110%以及额定电压105%的情况下持续运行。The automatic and manua

24、l thyristor voltage regulation shall be provided. The change over from automatic (duty) to manual (stand by) operation shall be automatically in case of fault in the regulator. Automatic maintaining of the voltage set value shall be possible with accuracy of 0.5% of the rated voltage in the limits b

27、of not less than 600 A.安装在发电机端子和中性箱上的设备持续电流额定值应该不少于600A。Connection and branches tapped in the cubicles shall be selected according to actual current rating respecting thermal and dynamic stresses caused by the highest short circuit current which can appear in the 10.5 KV system.根据10.5kV系统中可能出现的最高短路电

31、HZThe grounding transformer contained in the neutral grounding cubicle shall have the following ratings:中性接地配电装置小隔间中包含的接地互感器应该具备以下额定值:- nominal primary voltage- 标准一次电压10.5 KV、6.3kV- nominal secondary voltage- 标准二次电压220 KV - winding insulation- 绕组绝缘class F等级F- rating- 额定值KVA as required by loading re

33、5 KV、6.3kV- maximum voltage- 最大电压12 KV、6.9kV- rated continuous current- 额定持续电流630 A1.3.14Performance Guarantees 性能保证a) Output 输出The Contractor shall guarantee at the terminal of each generator the rated output at rated speed, frequency, power factor and 95-105 % rated voltage indicated in the schedu

34、le of technical particular and guaranteed characteristics.承包商应该保证每个发电机端子上的额定输出、额定速度、频率、功率因数和95%-105%的额定电压符合技术规定和保证的特征计划。b) Temperature Rises 温升The Contractor shall guarantee the limit of temrises indicated in item 1.3.2., If during the tests the guaranteed temperatures are exceeded the manufacturer

35、shall modify the cooling system in such a way that the guaranteed temperature rises will be met. The date when such modifications can be made will be entirely at the Employer discretion. In the event that after repeated modifications the guaranteed values are still not meet then the provisions of it

The Contractor shall be responsible for the tolerances which are clearly indicated in the relevant data sheets or appropriate applicable standards or approved document.除非另外协商决定并书面确定,所有保证的特征的适用工厂应该按照适用的中国标准或者类似文件中的规定。承包商应该负责保证相关数据单或者适用的标准或者批准的文件中明确指定的公差。1.4CONSTRUCTION MAIN DETAILS 施工主要细节

38、1.4.1General 概述It is not the intention of this Specification to define in details the various parts of the equipment it being left to the experience and practice of the manufacturer to furnish equipment in full extent and quality as might be necessary to meet in all respects requirements with regard

39、 to performance, durability and satisfactory operation. All provisions of this specification are given for the guidance of the Contractor, and are to be considered as minimum requirements.本规范并不想详细说明设备的所有部分,设备根据制造商的经验和惯例进行供应,所有方面和质量都应该能够满足性能、耐久性和合格运行的所有方面的要求。本规范的所有规定用于指导承包商,并且应该作为最低要求。All parts of th

40、e generating unit shall be designed mechanically to withstand all electrical, mechanical, and other stresses which may be experienced during the operation of the unit, including short circuit, faulty synchronizing, and overspeed conditions.发电设备的所有零件都应机械设计,能够承受所有电子、机械和其他设备运行过程中可能会出现的应力,包括短路、缺陷同步和超速条件

41、。No part shall be stressed beyond two-thirds of the specified yield point of the material selected under full overspeed (run- away speed) or under any electrical fault conditions that might occur.在超速(飞逸转速)或者任何可能出现的电子故障的条件下,任何部分都不得产生所选材料指定的应力点的三分之二。The equipment shall be designed, manufactured, insta

42、lled and tested in accordance with the latest edition of the applicable IEC standards or where applicable IEC standards are not available, an applicable standard from one of the standards agencies listed in General Technical Specifications may be substituted. 设备的设计、制造、安装和试验都应该按照中国标准。No patching, blo

43、cking, shimming or any other similar means of overcoming defects, discrepancies or errors shall be permitted without the agreement of the Employers Representative.在没有业主代表同意的情况下不允许采取修补、堵塞、填隙或者其他类似的客服缺陷、不符合或者故障的方式。The design of the unit, including the relative locations of the rotor, generator bearing

44、s, and the turbine bearing, shall be such as to cause no abnormal vibration or resonant conditions. The unit shall be physically stable under maximum short-circuit conditions during all possible operating modes.设备的设计,包括转子、发电机轴承和水轮机轴承的相关位置都不得造成异常的振动或者共振状况。设备在所有可能的运行模式的最大短路条件下应该保持物理稳定。The unit shall b

45、e designed to permit the assembly and dismantling operations to be performed as conveniently and quickly as possible with the facilities of the powerhouse crane.设备的设计应该保证发电所吊机的设备能够方便快速的进行组装和拆卸。1.4.2General Arrangement 总体布置Each generator shall be of the vertical shaft type, with the shaft directly jo

46、ining the generator rotor with turbine shaft. 每个发电机都应该是立式的,主轴用水轮机轴直接连接到发电机转子上。The generator-turbine unit shall be equipped with three bearings: one combined thrust and guide bearing mounted in the generator upper bracket, one guide bearing in the generator lower bracket and one guide bearing mounted

48、foundation constructed as part of the power house structure. The Contractor shall provide the sole plates, foundation bolts, nuts, washers and sleeves. 每个发电机的机座应该支撑在铺在作为电力室结构一部分的混凝土地基上的底板上。底板、基础落山、螺母、垫圈和套管由承包商提供。The Contractor shall furnish complete informations regarding the design of civil part: d

50、4.4Stator 定子1.4.4.1Stator Frame and Iron 机座和铁The stator frame shall be welded plate steel construction, made in the minimum number of sections necessary for shipment. Holes of sample area shall be provided in the frame for the passage of cooling air through the air coolers.机座应该是钢板焊接而成,采用尽量少的件数以便发运。机

51、座中应该提供样品区的孔,以形成冷却空气通过空气冷却器的通道。The frame shall be suitable to withstand all stresses to which it may be exposed in operation. It shall be provided with facilities for adjusting its position in the horizontal plane.机座应该适合承受其在运行中可能会接触的应力。机座上应该配备用于调节其在水平面上的位置。The stator core shall be built up of high gr

52、ade, non aging, and thin- laminated silicon steel with each lamination coated on both sides with insulating varnish or other material to minimize eddy current losses. The loss coefficient of core shall not be more than 1.1 W/kg at 1 Tesla. The lamination shall be adequately anchored or dovetailed to

53、 the stator frame and securely held in place by clamping flanges at each end. to insure uniform tightness of laminations, full and final clamping pressure shall be applied to successive layers of laminations. There shall be no perceptible buzzing of laminations during operation.定子铁芯应该采用高等级、不老化薄覆膜的硅钢

55、 ducts in the stator core, so as to make the flow of air smooth and quiet and minimize the friction losses. In order to insure against shrinkage, the coil slot wedges shall be backelized canvass, or approved equivalent material.定子铁芯的通风道应该配备导管,以便在冷却空气离开气缝和进入定子铁芯的通道的过程中提供逐渐弯曲的通道,以保证气流顺畅、安静并且最小化摩擦损失。为了

The strands shall be annealed copper free from splinters, flaws, rough spots, or sharp corners. the end connections of the coils shall be rigidly supported and braced to p

57、revent vibration and distortion under stresses caused by the most severe short-circuit conditions to which the generator may be subjected.绕组的类型应该最小化电流损耗和发热。绞股应该采用没有碎片、裂缝、粗糙点或者尖锐转角的退火铜。线圈的端部连接应该牢牢进行支撑并且拉紧,以防止在发电机可能遭遇的最严重的短路条件产生的应力下产生振动和变形。The stator winding insulation shall be composed of mica and fi

58、ber-glass mica tape, impregnated with epoxy resin under vacuum. 定子绕组的绝缘应该由云母和纤维玻璃云母带组成,并在真空下加入环氧树脂。The stator coils shall be provided with corona protective shielding. All coils shall be so manufactured to fit with the stator core and coil end connections, so that, at their installation, deformation can be kept at minimum.
