盐城工学院机械工程系毕业设计说明书摘 要 在塑料工业中，注塑模是一种应用广泛，实用性强的塑料成形技术。本文作者主要研究了旅行餐碗的注塑模的设计。本文结合大量资料研究了塑料的成形工艺，模具的制造。对制品进行了工艺分析、收缩率的计算等。根据制品的重量等因素确定了注塑机的型号。在模具结构设计时，结合现有的资料，对模具结构进行了综合考虑。对模具的各模板及各零部件进行了设计与计算。在本文中使用了三板式单型腔模具，对模具的各部分零件进行了设计与计算，以及对水道的设计与安放位置等。对于脱浇口本文提出了一种方案，既应用钢球与弹簧，并对模具的保养与维护提出了几点要求。本文在结合了大量的资料进行分析与研究的基础上，对本设计提出了多种设计方案，并对它们进行了分析与比较，确定了最佳的方案。在设计时，结合大量的数据，并通过计算，确定各重要的尺寸。使设计方案得到进一步的完善。关键词 旅行餐碗 注塑模 三板式 单型腔 水道AbstractAmong plastics industry, the note moulding to be one extensive application, practibility strong plastics take shape technology.
