1、中小型外贸企业发展战略研究-以天津CH公司为例卢潇潇世翰大学校 大学院情报学科 经营信息分析与决策专攻(指导教授 韦福祥 )(国文抄录)1. 选题背景随着我国进出口贸易的日益普及与深化,中小型外贸企业在国民经济发展中的作用逐步凸显,给我国市场经济的发展带来了强大推动力,有利促进了世界经济的繁荣发展。我国海关出口贸易数据表明,我国2013年的进出口贸易总额已经达到4万亿美元,首次成为整个世界进出口贸易第一大国,在2014年中,我国的进出口累计总额高达2.77万亿美元,比去年同期增长了2.3%,对外贸易总额中,有60%的部分均是由中小型外贸企业创造的。由此可知,中小型外贸企业在我国的进出口贸易发展
2、进程中发挥着不可忽视的作用。然而,综合分析中小型外贸企业的出口产品结构,可知我国中小型外贸企业目前的产品能耗仍处于一个较高的水平,资源类产品仍属于中小型企业外贸产品的主要类型,产品的附加值相对较低。加上国际政治风险以及汇率因素等方面的影响,我国中小型企业在激烈的世界竞争环境中面临着严峻的发展问题和挑战。如何更好把握住当前的市场机遇,和衷共济,根据外部环境和企业自身问题及优势建立适合中小型外贸企业长远发展的企业战略迫在眉睫。本文的研究正是在这样的背景下展开的。通过明确中小型外贸企业含义及企业战略管理的概念。以天津CH公司为例,根据该公司现状,系统分析该企业的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,提出切实有效的
3、企业发展战略内容。2. 研究内容本研究的主要研究内容包括:中小型外贸企业的研究:综合分析世界各国对中小型外贸企业的界定,研究中小型外贸企业的定义及特点,探讨企业战略管理的概念,阐述SWOT分析的基本内容。 中小型外贸企业研究现状分析:针对中小型外贸企业的国外研究现状及国内研究现状进行综合分析,了解中小型外贸企业的发展历程以及研究进展,分析研究过程中存在的缺陷和不足。举例分析中小型外贸企业的战略发展情况:以天津CH外贸企业为例,深入分析其管理现象,探讨其在发展过程中存在的问题,针对其发展优势、劣势、面临的机会以及威胁等进行全面研究,开展科学的SWOT分析,对其战略发展进行综合评价,以期为中小型外
4、贸企业的战略发展提供有价值的参考依据。针对天津CH汽配公司的战略发展制定科学、完善的战略发展方案:根据中小型外贸企业管理的基础理论,分析天津CH公司具体发展现状及特点,针对天津CH公司战略发展过程中存在的问题,参考SWOT分析评价,确定天津CH公司的发展战略制定原则以及基本思路,明确其发展战略的具体内容,提出针对性的改进建议,促进天津CH公司战略发展方案的完善。此外,本文首先对中小型外贸企业定义及企业发展战略相关理论进行整理,后以天津CH公司作为研究案例,为了探讨天津CH公司的发展战略,对公司的发展进行了SWOT分析,对SWOT分析所获得的结果,研究其在发展中所具有的优势与劣势、机遇与威胁等,
5、并对于天津CH公司在发展中所存在的一些问题,针对中小型外贸企业的发展战略提出相关改进建议,希望能够促进企业发展中所存在的各种问题得到有效解决,从而进一步完善中小型外贸企业的战略发展方案,提升企业经营管理水平和综合竞争力,实现企业经济效益最大化。3. 理论基础中国加入世界贸易组织以后,我国的外贸体制及国内外经济环境出现了很大变化。相当一部分企业、事业单位、甚至是个人开始从事外贸行业,导致专业外贸企业,特别是中小型外贸企业面临的生存发展环境日益激烈。面对这种形势,如果中小型外贸企业仍然沿用传统战略发展模式,很难适应当下发展变化中的国际形势。由此,中小型外贸企业必须积极及时发现自身发展过程中存在的各
6、种问题,明确发展优势及不足,深入分析所处发展环境,制定科学有效的战略发展方案,从而促进企业持续、健康的发展。国内外学者和专业人员均对中小型外贸企业的发展进行了深入研究,国内理论界针对我国中小型外贸企业的发展进行了大量的研究以及探讨。可见中小型外贸企业的发展问题已经得到国际上和国内各界的广泛关注和重视。大家开始意识到中小型外贸企业在发展过程中在经营模式、盈利状况以及市场竞争等方面上仍然存在一些问题,并开始针对企业发展存在的问题采取针对性措施进行解决,产业局群论开始成为我国中小企业发展上的新理论方向。然而,虽然这些研究工作的数量十分庞大,但是从综合角度上看,仍旧存在很大局限性:首先,对于理论研究的
7、重视过多,未能做到针对具体的企业发展进行实例方面的研究分析,不利于提高大家对于企业发展战略的信服力;其次,针对金融危机环境下我国中小型外贸企业所处发展环境的分析不够深入,没能针对金融危机背景下我国的中小型外贸企业的战略发展对策提出针对性的建议和举措,分析不够全面,很难发挥指导性作用。4. 主要研究结论(1)本文对中小型外贸企业的国内发展环境以及国际发展环境进行了分析和研究,可以清楚地看到企业在面临各种威胁和挑战的同时,也迎来了很大的发展机遇。现阶段CH汽配公司所在区域有着良好的政治经济环境,政府部门对于汽配外贸企业的重视度较高,各种生产经营技术开始得到广泛应用,并且新一轮的国际产业转移不断推进
8、,新兴市场不断崛起,给天津CH公司的发展带来很多有利条件。 (2)现阶段天津CH公司仍然面临着很激烈的市场竞争,再加上经营管理不够完善,人才素质不够高等问题的存在,公司发展仍存在很大威胁。通过实施差异化战略、多元化战略、成本领先战略、人才管理战略以及经营管理战略等手段,使公司能够有效避开威胁,充分利用发展机会。(3)本文对天津CH公司的战略发展进行SWOT分析,从发展优势、劣势、机遇以及威胁等角度对企业发展进行了全方位研究,综合分析SO,WO和ST, WT等组合战略,确定了CH公司差异化战略、多元化战略、成本领先战略、人才管理战略以及经营管理战略。(4)通过本文的全面分析,天津CH公司进一步了
9、解自己具备的优势,明确自身存在的不足,进而制定科学的战略发展方案(差异化战略、多元化战略、成本领先战略、人才管理战略以及经营管理战略),未来必将得到持续、健康、飞速的发展。 5. 展望本次研究通过阐述相关战略管理理论,介绍企业战略分析工作,制定企业未来发展战略(差异化战略、多元化战略、成本领先战略、人才管理战略以及经营管理战略),能够为企业未来的战略管理工作提供有价值的参考,提高企业战略管理的科学性和有效性,防止在未进行分析论证的情况下就盲目实施决策,保证企业战略决策工作能够科学开展。关键词:中小型外贸企业;发展战略;天津CH公司Research on development strategy

Background information With the development of Chinas import and export trade ,small and medium sized foreign trade ente
11、rprises had played an important role in the development of national economy gradually, which had brought a strong impetus to the development of Chinas market economy, promote the prosperity and the development of the world economy. The data show that Chinas total import and export trade has reached
12、$40000 billion in 2013, become the biggest import and export trade country in the world, Chinas import and export had reached $27700 billion in total in 2014, which had an increasing of 2.3% over the same period last year, and 60% are created by small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises. Ther
13、efore, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises play an important role in Chinas import and export trade in the process of development. However, when we make a comprehensive analysis of the structure of export products of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, we should know that
14、the energy consumption of the small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises are still at a high level, the resources products are still the main types of small and medium-sized enterprises, the added value of the products is relatively low. Influenced by international political risks and the rate
15、, Chinas small and medium enterprises are facing problems and challenges in the fierce competition in the world. So it is important to study how to grasp the market opportunity, work together with one heart, take advantages of o enterprise according to the external environment. The paper is carried

By clarifying the concept of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises and the meaning of enterprise strategic management, the paper take Tianjin Company CH as an example, according to the current situation of the company, analysis the advantages, disadvantages, opp
17、ortunities, challenges of the enterprise, put forward the strategy content for the development of the enterprise.2. 23、acteristics and status of Tianjin CH Company s, according to the existing issues, analysis and evaluate the SWOT to determine the development strategy of CH company, and then clear the specific content of its development strategy, put forward specific recommendations in order to improve the strategi
24、c plan of CH company.In addition, first of all, the paper collect the theory of enterprise, take Tianjin CH Company as a case study, in order to discuss the development strategy of CH company in Tianjin, we should analysis the company by SWOT, study its advantages, weaknesses ,opportunities and thre
25、ats for the results of SWOT, put forward relevant suggestions for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises for some of the problems existing in the development of CH Company, hoping to solve all kinds of problems and improve the management level and competitiveness of enterprise, so as to re
26、alize the maximize economic efficiency of enterprises.3. Theoretical basisAfter China had taken part in the world trade organization, Chinas foreign trade system and international economic environment had changed a lot. A considerable number of enterprises, institutions, and even individuals are eng
27、aged in foreign trade industry, so that the foreign trade enterprises, especially small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises are facing the survival and development fierce. In face of this situation, if the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises still use the traditional development
28、mode, it is difficult to adapt to the changes. Therefore, the medium and small foreign trade enterprises must find out the problems timely, made clear about the superiority and the insufficiency, analysis the development environment in-depth, formulate the scientific and effective strategy, so as to
29、 promote the sustained, healthy development of enterprises.Domestic and foreign scholars and professionals have conducted the research to the development of small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises, the domestic scholars have done a lot of research and study. The development of small and med
30、ium sized foreign trade enterprises had gain great attention from all of the people. We began to realize that the medium and small foreign trade enterprises still had some problems in the development process, and began to take measures to solve them according to the existing problems in the enterpri
31、ses. Industry Group began to become the new theory in small and medium-sized enterprise. However, although the number of these research is very large, but from the overall point, there are still many limitations: first of all, we had paid too much attention to the theory study, and failed to do case
32、 study, this is not conducive to the increase the convince in enterprise; secondly, analysis is not deep enough in view of the financial crisis, which can not put forward a development strategy s under the background of Chinas small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, and it is difficult to
33、play a leading role.4. Conclusion (1)The paper analysis the environment of the medium and small foreign trade enterprise, which can see all kinds of threats and challenges at the same time clearly, and it has also ushered great development opportunities. At present , area of CH auto has a good polit
34、ical and economic environment, and government had paid more attention to the enterprises, all kinds of production technology has been widely used, and a new round of international industrial transfer continues to advance, the emerging market continues to rise, and then the CH company has many favora
35、ble conditions.(2) Tianjin CH company still face the fierce market competition at the present stage n, coupled with the management that us not perfect and the personnel quality is very low, the company is facing a big threat. Through the implementation of differentiation strategy, diversification strategy, cost leadership strategy, talent management strategy and management strategy, so that the company could avoid the threat and make full use of the development opportunities.(3)The paper analysis the development strategy of CH
