When the group is really learning, not only do the whole group produce excellent results, but also the growth rate of individual members is

11、 faster than other ways of learning. The Fifth Discipline: Systems ThinkingOnly when you think deeply about the whole, rather than on any single part, can you understand the truth. System thinking is the integration of theory and practice the practice into one, to prevent tissue in the real practice,

But at the same time, the rewards are not

In a team, a lot of people with common ideals form a large learning group, so that people can be in the community with their own ideals as the goal, continuous progress. At the same time

17、, in the team to continue to play their potential, dare to challenge the limit, innovation, help others, together with others, together to create knowledge of the results. Realize the meaning of work and life and realize self value from real team learning. Dr. Peter Senges the fifth discipline has i

The five main contents are self transcendence, improvement of mental models, establishment of

19、 common ideals, team learning, and global thinking. The first item is self transcendence. The cultivation of self transcendence is to constantly clarify and deepen the real desire of the individual, concentrate on, cultivate patience, and observe the reality objectively. From this book, I further rea

20、lized that being honest with the truth is an amazing strategy for self transcendence. In this world, our greatest enemy is ourselves. In adversity, we are accompanied by anxiety and stress, but as a person who believes in transcending ourselves, we will not be confused by the problems in front of us

21、, but will be stagnant. For those who can transcend themselves, their attitude towards life is like a sculptor, devoted, continuous innovation and transcendence, is a real learning. I think this is a warning sign of success, and march forward courageously. Always keep a clear head, clear things you

In short, in the group, everyones thought is not the same, a team of successful cooperation, we need to open our hearts at the same time, but a

If the team has a common ideal, then everyone in the team will work together for a common ideal. And this common ideal is the cohesion in the team.

26、 This cohesion is a concept that transcends individuals and rises to team heights. Its like our countrys table tennis business, because table tennis belongs to the national ball, to the elderly, down to children, are very fond of this sport, from which we can find a lot of excellent players. At the

27、same time, the state also support this movement, everyone wants to run the sport, this cohesion beyond ones ideas, has become the common ideal of the whole nation, so the China table tennis career can stand on the top of the world. Just like vision is a beacon that lights us up.Shared vision is a wh

Without systematic thinking, it is impossible to explore how the interaction between disciplines. System thinking can make us understand the most important part of the learning organization, in a new

Of course, each team has its own characteristics, I think we need not completely according to the doctrine of Dr. Peter Senges view is to develop a learning

A boy in the right field fumbled the three ball, throw away the gloves said: in this rotten stadium no one can take the ball. Inside and out

40、side are always relative. When we expand the scope of system, the original outer becomes inner. So, when we blame the outside, the system has been cut,It is impossible to recognize many problems in the interaction between inside and outside and their solutions.3, lack of initiative in overall thinki

41、ng. Active action can often solve problems. But when dealing with complex problems, it is often counterproductive to lack the initiative to think in a holistic way.4. Focus on individual events. If we focus on events, we can only predict the best before the event, and make the best response, but still cant learn how to create it. The main threat to our organization and social existence today is not from unexpected event
