Most of these 7 habits can easily become part of your daily routine, making it difficult for you to see its presence (or how it affects you). Ive tried these habits a little bit, and theres no dou
3、bt that there are few important things that can be done. And I also want to add that this is just the 7 major habits that you might have in your life that affect efficiency. Im pretty sure its not just these.1, absence.Perhaps youve heard what Woody Alan said:Eighty percent of success comes from bei
4、ng present.More attendance - one of the biggest and easiest things you can do to ensure more success in your life, whether in your social life, in your career or in your health. If you want to improve your health, one of the most important and effective things you can do is to show up at the gym eve
5、ry time you should be present.Maybe the weather will be bad. Maybe you wont want to go out. Maybe you have a lot of other things you have to do. But even if you continue to be in the gym when youre less active, it will be much more effective than relaxing on the couch at home.I think this applies to
6、 most areas of life. If you keep writing or painting every day, youll improve quickly. If you go out more, you will meet more new friends. If you go on more dates, chances are that youll meet someone you love. Just more attendance will make a difference in your life. Absence makes you nothing.2,.To
7、simplify, I list my favorite 3 ways of getting rid of procrastination:- swallow the frog. That is, at the very beginning of the day, do the most difficult and important work. A good start in the morning will keep you feeling high and positive throughout the day. This usually makes your day very prod
8、uctive.- how do you eat an elephant? Dont try to make a mouthful of fat, which can make you feel so much burden that you procrastinate. Divide a task into small steps that can be put into action, then focus only on the first step, until it is finished, and then move on to the next step.Convince your
9、self. I find this wizard tuning very effective. Just after I spent 20 minutes lying in bed, talking, and Ive been very efficient in these days, I no longer get stuck in the procrastinating situation or see the need to look for updates from 1 to 5 of my favorite websites.3, do something unimportant.B
10、esides procrastinating, one of the most easy to fall into bad habits you are busy with some things of no great importance.In order to improve efficiency, you may need some kind of time management. It can be a very simple thing, such as using the 80/20 rule at the beginning of the day. The 80/20 rule
11、, that is, the Pareto rule, which we are usually familiar with, holds that 80% of the harvest comes from 20% effort. So, to be efficient, you should focus most of your energy on a few very important things.When you use this rule, just write down the 3 most important things you need to do on a daily
12、basis, and start from scratch. Even if you can only accomplish one thing, you still accomplish the most important thing of the day. You may also prefer other methods such as GTD. But no matter how you work, the key is to find the most important tasks so you dont spend days, weeks or months doingbusy
13、work that isnt that important things. If these things dont matter, then even if you finish them quickly, it doesnt help much.4, worry more.Seldom take action because of worry. Being caught in endless analysis will only make you idle away your time. Theres nothing wrong with thinking before you act.
14、Do some research and work out a plan to explore possible positive and negative factors.But compulsion to think again and again can be a waste of time. You dont have to check everything from every angle before you try. And you cant wait until the perfect time to do something because it never happens.
15、If you keep thinking this way, youll only get yourself deeper and deeper, making it harder and harder to take action. On the contrary, while thinking helps you to some extent, all you have to do now is stop thinking and do what you should do.5, everything is too negative.When you think about everyth
16、ing in a negative way, your enthusiasm can be hit hard. You will find problems and mistakes everywhere, and these problems do not exist. You catch the details. If youre looking for a reason not to do something, its certainly not a problem. And when you look at a problem from a negative point of view
17、, youll probably find ten excuses each time.So you can do almost nothing. You complain to anyone who is willing to listen (maybe many people dont want to hear it) and complain about how bad your work, life, and leadership are. Your life depends on how you view the world. It has become a self fulfill
18、ing prediction.One solution to this is to understand the limits of negativity and realize that your negative thinking is not a true picture of the world. Then try some other angles. For example, you can try to develop a habit of thinking from a more positive and optimistic perspective, which will he
19、lp you a lot. In this way, you may begin to try this positivity challenge. This is not easy, but if you accept this challenge, for 7 consecutive days to only think positive thoughts you will suddenly realize that your perspective and thoughts are so profoundly affects your understanding of the world
20、 and what results you get.6, opinionated, isolated.It can be hard to admit that what you thought is not the best choice, clinging to your own thoughts, be be out of touch with reality. This will make it difficult for you to make progress, for example, efficiency will be difficult to improve. In this
21、 case, the possibility of a change in life can be difficult even when serious thinking is taken into consideration.Obviously, one solution is to open your mind. Broaden your horizons, learn from others and your mistakes, and acquire knowledge from books and other resources. Like anything, this is ea

Well, try something new, then.One of my other suggestions is to read Ekkehart Taulis new world, especially the chapters on Ego. As the Tor
23、ies suggest, if you stop thinking like Ego, youll be more receptive to new ideas and discard old ideas that are no longer useful. And what I want to add is: dont be superstitious about books, and dont blindly pursue new information, or youll become a self absorbed person. Use the new information and
24、 what you learn in action and try it.7, persistent information overload.Information overload doesnt mean you read too much. I mean the excess of all input information. If you allow all information to flow into your brain, it will certainly make it difficult to think clearly because there are too man
25、y stimuli. Here are some of the drawbacks that this habit may have:- some of the information you receive may be negative. The media and the environment provide a negative source of information for a variety of reasons. If you dont have to choose according to the need of information, maybe you would
26、be in a negative sense, which affects your thoughts, and for.This will make you eager to catch up on what is happening today, but there are dozens of things happening at the same time, and its almost impossible to catch up with them. Your life will be stressful.If you continue to be bombarded with i
27、nformation and try to sort out all the information, then it will be difficult for you to make a decision and take action. Personally, if I get too much information, it can cause some kind of paralysis and nothing. Or youll be stuck by this habit, eager to get busy on something unimportant.In order t
28、o concentrate, think clearly and act, you need to be more selective when you are learning information. When you work, avoid distractions as much as possible. Turn off the phone, disconnect the network, and close the door. Youll be surprised to find that you can do so much when youre not interrupted
29、every five minutes, without the chance of procrastinating on a RSS-feeds or favorite website.Now, Im not suggesting that you stop reading all blogs or newspapers. But make sure you know what you really want to read and whats just to pass the time. You can also look at other areas of open information
30、.For example, you dont have to fall into all the negative emotions from your surroundings. If everyone around you is procrastinating or anxious about various non important things, you will easily be affected by this emotion. It would be a good idea if you had a door to mind and closed it and focus o

If you want to improve your health then one of the most important and effective things you can do is just to show up at the gym every time you should be there.The
35、weather might be bad, you might not feel like going and you find yourself having all these other things you just must do. If you still go, if you show up at the gym when motivation is low you will improve a whole lot faster than if you just stayed at home relaxing on the sofa.I think this applies to
36、 most areas of life. If you write or paint more, each day perhaps, you will improve quickly. If you get out more you can meet more new friends. If you go on more dates you chances of meeting someone special increases. Just showing up more can really make a big difference. Not showing up will not get
