车门垫板冲压模设计摘要本设计题目为22型客车车门垫板级进模设计，体现了级进模的设计要求、内容及方向，有一定的设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计，进一步加强了本人对级进模设计的基础知识，为设计更复杂的级进模具做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。本设计运用冲裁工艺及模具设计的基础知识，首先分析了板材的成分及性能要求，为选取冲裁方式做好了准备；然后选取了合理的排样，提高了材料的合理利用率；接着分析计算凸凹模尺寸、及其它零部件的尺寸与制造方法，最后选取合适的的压力机。对冲压生产而言，单工位模具结构单一，生产效率低，而且钣金零件不能过于复杂，否则就需要多副单工位模具才能实现。如果采用级进模进行冲压生产，就可以改变这些缺点。级进模的特点是生产效率高，生产周期短，占用的操作人员少，非常适合大批量生产。本设计即为宇通客车车门垫板设计的级进模。关键词：多工位级进模；排样；设计；凸凹模； AbstractThe topic of design for the 22-passenger door Dianban progressive die design, reflects the progressive die design requirements, the contents and direction of a certain design significance.
