附录一:液压系统一、液压系统主要由工作系统、转向系统、制动系统和冷却系统等组成。(1) 工作系统是用于铲运机装矿和卸矿工作,是通过大臂升降、铲斗翻转来完成的。工作系统由滤清器、油泵、多路阀举升油缸和铲斗油缸组成。(2) 转向系统由转向泵、溢流阀、转向阀和转向油缸等组成。(3) 制动系统用于控制铲运机行驶速度和停车,避免发生意外损坏和伤亡事故,由充压阀、蓄能器、压力开关、制动阀、制动油缸、停车制动阀、电磁阀和弹簧制动油缸等组成。(4) 由于制动系统使用全盘湿式制动器, 使用液压油对制动器进行冷却, 当经常制动时, 液压系统的温度迅速提高, 会使密封件加快老化, 系统的容积效率降低, 甚至会造成元件的变形, 所以除了油箱的自然冷却外, 对液压油进行强制冷却是很有必要的。电气系统主要用于控制电动机开动及停车,在欠压、过载和过热的情况下,保护电机免受损坏,对供电线路进行漏电、接地、短路检测,如果电路出现故障,电气系统将会给出故障信号显示,并自动切断电源。电气系统还要控制液压执行机构,给铲运机提供照明、信号仪表显示等功能。铲运机:1. 安行走方式不同分为拖式和自行式两种, 2按卸土方式不同分为自由卸土式、半强制卸土式和强制卸土式,3 按装载方式为升运式(链板装载式)与普通式(也称开头装载式)两种。 1.升运式 在铲斗铲刀上方装有链板装载机构, 由它把铲刀切削起的土升运到铲斗内,从而加速装土过程及减少装土阻力,有效地利用本身动力实现自装,可单机 作业不用助铲机械即可装至堆尖容量。土壤中含有较大石块时不宜使用此种型式的铲运机,其经济运距在 1000m 之内。2. 普通式 靠牵引机的牵引力和助铲机的推力,使用铲斗的铲刀将土壤铲切起,并在行进中将铲切起的土屑挤人铲斗内来装载土,这种铲装土的方式其装斗阻力较大。2. 按斗铲容量分;(1) 小型:铲斗容量3n; (2)中型:铲斗容量315m3;(3)大型:铲斗容量1530m3; (4)特大型:铲斗容量30m3 以上。铲运机适于 I 到 III 级土壤中作业,在级土壤或冻土中进行铲运作业时, 应预先进行松土;铲运机不能在混有大石块、树桩的土壤中作业。自行式铲运机一般由单轴牵引车和铲运斗组成,目前大多数自行式铲运机采用液力机械传动。在液力机械式传动中,广泛采用变矩器、动力换挡变速装置、最终行星齿轮传动等元件。在铲运机使用过程中,采用液力变矩器能更好地适应外界载荷急剧变化的需要,可自动有载换挡和无级变速,从而改变输出轴的速度和牵引力,使机械工作平稳,可靠地防止发动机熄火及传动系过载,从而提高了铲运机的动力性能和作业性能。现代轮胎式自行铲运机大多采用铰接式双作用双油缸动力转向。有带换向阀非随动式和四杆机构随动式两类,随动式又有机械反馈和液压反馈之分。自行式铲运机在作业时要求底盘为刚性悬架,高速行驶时要求底盘为弹性悬架。自行式铲运机在铲装作业过程中需要采用刚性悬架的底盘使铲运机工作稳定,铲装土壤效率较高,但在运输和回驶过程中,还采用刚性悬挂,就会影响到运行速度的提高,且机械的振动较大,显然这样会极大地影响到铲运机的生产率, 降低其使用寿命。单轴牵引车是自行式铲运机的动力部分,由发动机、传动系、转向系、制动系、悬挂装置、车架等组成。铲运斗是自行式铲运机的工作装置, 主要由转向枢架、辕架、前斗门、铲斗体、尾架及卸土装置等组成。二、基本结构及原理: 1、铲运机各部件名称,1,斗门 2,铲斗 3,刀刃 4,后斗壁 5,斗底后壁(1)自由卸土式 利用铲斗倾翻(有向前、向后两种形式),斗内土靠本身自重卸出。 (2)半强制卸土式 利用连在一起的铲斗底板与后壁共同向前翻转,以强制方式卸去一部分土,同时利用土本身重量将其余部分土卸出。 (3)强制卸土式 铲斗的后壁为一块可沿导轨移动的推板,靠此推板(卸土板)自后向前推进, 将铲斗中的土壤强制推出。2、铲运机转向系统结构工作原理及特点。1转向器;2随动杠杆系;3转向控制阀组;4铲运机;5油缸六连杆机构;6牵引车自行式铲运机转向系的转向机构杆系,铲斗绕上下垂直铰销相对于牵引车回转实现铲运机的转向,采用机械反馈随动式动力转向。3、日本小松公司和美国通用汽车公司生产的铲运机上采用的弹性悬架和美国卡特匹勒公司生产的铲运机各自名称及各组成部分名称,各自工作原理和结构特点。1前桥;2悬臂;3随动杆;4水平阀;5储能器;6牵引车机架;7悬架油缸;8转向枢架;9辕架曲梁;10减振油缸1. 油气弹性悬架:铲运机的全部车轮都经由油气悬架装置悬挂在车架上。车桥装在悬臂上,悬臂于前端经悬挂油缸与车架连接,后端用一个铰与车架铰接, 上端也用一个铰与车架铰接。悬挂油缸的下腔经止回阀与油箱接通,故下腔中的油液没有压力。气控液压悬挂,装有悬挂锁定机构,可以方便地将弹性悬挂装置锁住使机身稳定。例如,在工地用铲运机铲装或刮平地面时,就把弹性悬挂锁住便成刚性悬挂。且还装有自动控制水平机构。左右前轮为独立悬挂,后轮为共同悬挂。2. 弹性转向枢架:美国卡特匹勒公司生产的自行式铲运机的转向枢架与铲斗辕架之间,设计了减震式连接装置,其结构原理:在前转向枢架和后转向枢架之间,用两个连杆相连,构成一套平行四连杆机构,具有一个自由度。这个自由度的运动由缓冲油缸节制。缓冲油缸的下腔为工作腔。由节流孔限制油液的运动,吸收其某些能量,对振动产生阻尼。液流进入蓄能器,强制活塞向上移动,压缩氮气,在其压缩时吸收振动。当弹回时氮气膨胀使活塞下移,液流经节流孔流回缓冲油缸,继续阻尼和减缓地面引起的振动。在自行式铲运机铲装或卸土时,驾驶员只要推下选择阀操纵杆使油路闭锁, 弹性减震式连接装置即转为刚性系统,以满足铲装和卸土时铲刀要求固定的位置。减震式连接装置装有安全装置,在发动机熄火时自动断路,系统降压,铲运机辕架连同后转向枢架落到下位,抵在止动块上。水平控制阀起控制液流通向蓄能器及油缸大腔的作用。任何一个液压传动系统都是由几个基本回路组成的,每一基本回路都具有一定的控制功能。几个基本回路组合在一起,可按一定要求对执行元件的运动方向、工作压力和运动速度进行控制。根据控制功能不同,基本回路分为压力控制回路、速度控制回路和方向控制回路。压力控制回路用压力控制阀来控制整个系统或局部范围压力的回路。根据功能不同,压力控制回路又可分为调压、变压、卸压和稳压 4 种回路。调压回路:这种回路用溢流阀来调定液压源的最高恒定压力,图中的溢流阀就起这一作用。当压力大于溢流阀的设定压力时,溢流阀开口就加大,以降低液压泵的输出压力,维持系统压力基本恒定。变压回路:用以改变系统局部范围的压力,如在回路上接一个减压阀则可使减压阀以后的压力降低;接一个升压器,则可使升压器以后的压力高于液压源压力。卸压回路:在系统不要压力或只要低压时,通过卸压回路使系统压力降为零压或低压。稳压回路:用以减小或吸收系统中局部范围内产生的压力波动,保持系统压力稳定,例如在回路中采用蓄能器。速度控制回路通过控制介质的流量来控制执行元件运动速度的回路。按功能不同分为调速回路和同步回路。调速回路:用来控制单个执行元件的运动速度,可以用节流阀或调速阀来控制流量,如图中的节流阀就起这一作用。节流阀控制液压泵进入液压缸的流量(多余流量通过溢流阀流回油箱),从而控制液压缸的运动速度,这种形式称为节流调速。也可用改变液压泵输出流量来调速,称为容积调速。同步回路:控制两个或两个以上执行元件同步运行的回路,例如采用把两个执行元件刚性连接的方法,以保证同步;用节流阀或调速阀分别调节两个执行元件的流量使之相等,以保证同步;把液压缸的管路串联,以保证进入两液压缸的流量相同,从而使两液压缸同步。方向控制回路控制液压介质流动方向的回路。用方向控制阀控制单个执行元件的运动方向,使之能正反方向运动或停止的回路,称为换向回路,图中的换向阀即起这一作用。在执行元件停止时,防止因载荷等外因引起泄漏导致执行元件移动的回路, 称为锁紧回路。液压系统主要由手动控制和自动控制两大部分组成。操纵系统的液压油由齿轮泵供给,齿轮泵由动力输出箱的一个从动齿轮驱动。有七个工作油缸:铲斗升降油缸,斗门升降油缸,斗门开闭油缸及卸土油缸, 用手动三联多路阀控制。因斗门升降及扒土的动作频繁,故增设了自动控制。斗门液压控制原理如下:油泵压力油先流经二位四通电-液切换阀,此阀不通电时,压力油进入手动三联多路阀,该阀三个手柄部处于中位时,压力油直接回到油箱,形成卸荷回路。当手动阀左移时,压力油就进入顺序阀和同步阀。由于顺序阀调定压力为 7MPa,所以压力油先经同步阀进入斗门开闭油缸的下端, 活塞上移,斗门就收拢扒土。油缸的活塞上移到顶,油压增高到大于 7MPa 时, 压力油冲开同步阀,进入斗门升降油缸的下端,活塞上移,斗门上升。斗门上升到顶后,将手动阀换向,压力油就进入油缸上端。由于油缸下端的回油要经过顺序阀(调定压力为 2MPa),所以压力油先进入油缸的上端,活塞下移,斗门张开。当此活塞下移到底后,油缸上端油压增高,促使油缸下端的油压也增高,当油压大于 2MPa 时,回油就冲开顺序阀流回油箱,油缸的活塞下移,斗门下降。由于顺序阀的作用,手动阀每一次换向,斗门就可完成扒土到上升或张开到下降两个动作。铲运机装满一斗土,斗门需扒土 56 次,手动阀换向就需 1012 次,动作频繁。为改善操作性能,液压系统中采用了电-液换向阀和压力继电器,实现自动控制。其工作原理如下:当电-液切换阀励磁后,油泵来油被切换到电-渣换向阀,向油缸供油。油缸动作顺序与手动阀控制相同。当斗门上升到顶时,油压升高,压力继电器动作, 产生电信号,使电-液换向阀自动换向。反之,斗门下降到底后,压力继电器动作,电信号使电-液换向阀又自动换向。如此循环 5-6 次后自动停止。铲斗的升降及卸土板的前后移动由手动阀控制。当电-液切换阀不通电时, 油泵来油就进入手动三通多路阀,操纵阀,压力油进入铲斗升降油缸实现升降; 操纵阀,压力油进入卸土油缸实现强制卸土。回油均从多路阀流回油箱。该系统在油泵出口处并联了两个溢流安全阀。大通径先导式溢流阀可实现大流量的卸荷式溢流。因其灵敏度低,所以并联一个小通径直动式滥流阀。为了减小系统中电-液换向阀按向时的压力脉冲,系统中装有气囊式缓冲器。同步阀的作用是,使斗门扒土油缸活塞的伸缩在两侧负藏不同时能基本同步。控制工作装置运动的各部分油路为:(1) 铲斗控制油路,铲斗操纵阀共有四个工位:快落铲斗:压力油送人铲斗油缸大腔,此时小腔的回路通过单向速降阁直接送入油缸大腔,实现铲斗快落; 铲斗下降;中位:锁定铲斗;提升铲斗,放下斗门:铲斗操纵阀杆向前推,可控制气阀使铲斗提升的同时斗门放下,这样可以用同一手柄控制铲斗和斗门。(2) 斗门控制油路。斗门浮动:此时斗门油缸的两腔相通,斗门可以自由升降;斗门下降;此工位也可由压缩空气作用于操纵阀实现,此时由铲斗操纵杆控制,由于压力油作用于顺序阀,使其不能开启,不会由顺序阀回油;中位:斗门固定不动,若此时铲斗提升迫使斗门上升时,由于此时顺序阀的开启压力较低(7030kPa),油缸小腔压出的油液可经顺序阀排至油缸大腔;斗门上升。(3) 卸土板控制油路。卸土板操纵阀共有四个工位:卸土板收回:在此工位操纵阀杆可以锁定,卸土板完全收回后阀扦可自动复位;卸土板收回;中位:卸土板固定不动;卸土板推土卸料。附录二:Hydraulic systemOne,Hydraulic system is mainly composed of a working system, steering system, braking system end cooling system etc.(1) the work system is used for LHD ore loading and unloading ore, is accomplished by the big arm lift, flip bucket.
