50、设场地位于富源县老厂乡,距离富源县城106km,距昆明市304 km,距贵州兴义70km,距贵州盘县140km,占地面积约4.0 ha,交通运输方便。厂区附近有完善的供电、供水设施。1.3 建设规模、范围、产品方案建设规模:采用新型干法预分解窑生产工艺,新建设一条日产2000t熟料水泥生产线,带4000kw纯低温余热发电系统,年产熟料62.00万t,年产水泥78.00万t。产品方案:熟料2000吨/日,窑年运转率85%,水泥78万吨/年。产品品种:po 42.5以上普通硅酸盐水泥,产品检验采用国家水泥新标准。年发电量为2232104kwh,年供电量为2053104kwh。建设范围:从石灰石破碎

51、至水泥出厂的全部生产设施;4000kw纯低温余热发电系统。辅助生产设施:如机修、化验室、办公楼等,以及生活福利设施,利用企业原有设施。1.4 建设单位及概况富源县老厂宏发水泥厂, 始建于1992年, 1993年投产,为一条机立窑生产线,设计规模8万吨/年,现实际能力达9万吨/年,现有2.810m机立窑一台,1.837.0m生料磨、1.837.0m水泥磨各一台。是富源县管理水平较高,产品质量较好的私营企业,为富源县的经济发展作出了重要贡献。本工程拟在现有厂址内新建一条2000t/d熟料新型干法生产线(新线)取代立窑生产线(老线)。老线可以利用的条件主要是:建设场地、矿山开采及运输、工厂现有的生活

52、设施及辅助生产设施(如机修、化验室、办公楼等)。本厂拥有一批熟练工人、管理干部、专业技术人员及营销人员队伍,是新建厂的有利条件。云南省政府办公厅下发的关于做好淘汰落后水泥生产能力工作的通知,明确提出了云南省“十一五”期间,淘汰落后水泥生产能力的具体目标、重点、进度和政策措施。到2010年,全省完成淘汰落后水泥生产能力不少于1064万t。具体为:2007年453万t,2008年411万t,2009年不少于139万t,2010年不少于61万t。所确定的到2010年全省淘汰落后水泥生产能力1064万t的目标,大大超过国家下达的700万t的任务指标。富源县老厂宏发水泥厂根据我国和我省建材工业发展战略的

53、要求,为切实贯彻中央关于经济结构调整的精神,坚持“控制总量、调整结构、淘汰落后”的建材工业发展方针和提高旋窑水泥比重的产业政策,实现水泥工业增长方式的转变和可持续发展,为了适应曲靖市及富源县的城镇基础设施建设、旅游区开发建设的需要,为谋求长远发展,使产品上档次、上规模,富源县老厂宏发公司从企业自身条件和资金筹措能力等具体情况出发,因地制宜的综合考虑,决定抓住西部大开发战略的机遇,充分利用本地充足的资源,建设2000t/d新型干法熟料水泥生产线。本项目的实施,能有效地填补市场缺口,加快企业技术进步和产业升级,加大对落后小立窑水泥厂的淘汰力度,实现显著的企业效益和社会效益。1.5 主要经济技术指标

57、算期平均12.11年所得税万元1580计算期平均12.12单位产品成本元/吨181.07计算期平均1.6 工艺流程161 原燃料的预均化 (1)石灰石:该厂石灰石矿中cao平均含量为53.62%,质量较为稳定,属生产水泥的优质石灰石原料,且开采条件好,矿层走向均匀、稳定,成份变化较小,为降低投资在设计中不考虑石灰石预均化。采用二座1536米储存库多点下料简易搭配方式进行均化。(2)粘土:该厂粘土质原料由一个矿点供给,质量较为稳定,成份变化较小,为节约投资,设计中只考虑对粘土采取简易预均化处理。(3)无烟煤:烧成用无烟煤可供给的矿点较多,成分及热值难以保证,为缩小偏差,保证烧成用煤质量的稳定性及
