The polarization is more serious.本册教材与前后教材联系本册教材具有承上启下的关键作用。一是“阅读理解”的难度加大，重点作用更为突出，是学生英语学习由词句到篇章转型的关键过程，意义重大。二是学习过程的递进层次更为明晰，增加了“听力引导”和“阅读理解”的课后习题，一方面加强了听和说的效能，另一方面完善了学生学习过程的指导。三是对三四年级的学习内容进行了整合运用。Lets talk部分依旧是一个浓缩了的情景会话，目标

3、句型突出。为给学生提供灵活运用语言的机会，这一部分提供了可供替换的内容。 Read and write部分的教学目标是：读懂对话或短文；完成检测学生理解程度的填充句子练习；听、说、读、写四会掌握两组句子；完成一项综合运用所学语言的任务型语言活动。U1 My day本单元学习的主题是日常学习生活以及周末活动安排。主情景图通过张鹏和来自西班牙的新朋友Pedro讨论他在西班牙的学习生活,Amy和Sarah以及Zoom和Zip分别讨论各自周末活动的情景呈现本单元要学习的核心句型。本单元是在四年级下Unit 2 What time is it?五年级上期第二单元 My Week学习时间和日常活动安排的基

4、础上来学习周末活动安排。本单元的学习为六年级上期U3 My weekend plan 打下基础。语音方面学习cl和pl的发音规则，这是新知识。U2 My favourite season主情景图中展示的是学生们边画画儿边讨论最喜欢的季节，自由讨论图片中Amy和John等喜爱的季节，并简单描述四个季节的不同特点，使学生了同时教师注意引导学生关注全球气候的差解季节特性，不同季节能参与的不同活动，异，激发他们对自然的关注与热爱。本单元学习的主题是描述最喜欢的季节并陈述原因。主情景图通过在美术教室，Amy,John,Zoom和Zip的对话场景呈现了本单元要学习的部分核心词汇和句型。本单元在内容上和四年

5、级下册第四单元有相似之处，描述天气情况的形容词，如: cool,cold,rainy,windy,snowy,sunny等单词皆已学过，因此教师在教学过程中可以以旧带新，降低学习难度，又做到滚动复习语言知识。语音方面学习br和gr的发音规则，这是新知识。U3 My school calendar 本单元学习的主题是校历。通过吴一凡和Oliver对植树节和端午节的讨论以及陈杰和Sarah对校历讨论的场景，展示了不同节日所在的月份。主情景图通过展示live和吴一凡，陈杰和Sarah之间对校历内容讨论的对话，引出本单元要学习的部分核心词汇和句型，也从不同的节日中体现出东西方的节日文化。本单
