摘 要如今，工业化的发展速度越来越快，各个国家对于金属的要求量也日益上升。但是由于对金属资源的过度开采和对现有金属的使用、保存的不合理，导致自然金属资源的匮乏。这不禁引起人们的担忧，同样也为对废金属的合理回收、使用、冶炼提出了新的课题。本文为液压金属打包机的设计，致力于废金属的回收和再利用，提出依靠液压来对废金属进行打包处理，使之成为具有相当规格尺寸的包块，来方便对废金属进行回收、运输、回炉再造，以重新投入到生产。这样提高了废金属的利用率，也在一定程度上缓解了对金属资源的需求。关键词 废金属；回收；打包；液压ABSTRACTNowadays, with the rapid development of industrialization, the demand for metals in every country is on the rise correspondingly. However, it is due to the excessive exploration of metal resources and the unreasonable use and preservation of the existed metals, the natural metal resources in the world suffer from deficiency. The situation upsets the human beings. Meanwhile, it puts forward a new topic for people to discuss the recycling, use and smelting of wasted metals. This paper is the design of the hydraulic baler for metal. It is aimed at the recycling and reuse of wasted metals. When baling, the baler which is controlled by the hydraulic system compresses the metal into bales. These bales are of the same size and are very convenient in recycling transportation and further use. In this way, wasted metals could be fully used and transformed into new ones.
