单缸上料液压升降台摘 要我们的课题是薄铁板滚切自动生产线，其主要的功用是将薄铁板滚切去边成所需尺寸的半成品。该半成品可应用于各种桶装成品的包装制桶，以及洗衣机内缸、热水器内胆等。其用途可以说是很广泛，随着各类相关产品的需求量增大，该生产线的前景良好，前途广阔。我所负责的部分是该生产线的单缸上料液压升降台部分，该部分工作以前是由人工来完成的，工作虽简单却繁重。为了有效的利用人力资源，减轻工人的劳动强度，提高机器的效率，我所设计的上料部分应该是自动的而不用人工来完成。薄铁板在机架上，由传送装置传送到升降台上，由液压缸推着升降台使板料向上运动，当板料在升到一定高度之后，由光电传感器感测到之后，控制升降平台，升降平台在液压机构的控制下停止运动，这样可以在可能的范围内减少人力配置，达到自动化生产线的要求。 关键词: 自动生产线 上料 升降台 The Single-cylinder Feeding Hydraulic Elevator PlatformABSTRACT Our theme is a thin iron sheet rolling & cutting automatic production line, the main function of which is to roll and cut off edges of thin iron sheets in order to get half finished products with required sizes. This half finished product can be used in barrel packaging & making of various barrel products, inner casing of washing machines and inner bags of water heaters etc. Its application is broad, and along with increased quantity demanded, the prospect of its production line is promising and wide. What I am in charge of is the single-cylinder feeding hydraulic elevator platform, the work of which is performed by hand, simple but heavy. Thin plate in the rack by the sending device sent to the take-off and landing platform, pushed by the hydraulic cylinder lifts the sheet up so that movement, when the sheet metal in the rise to a certain height from the sensor to the photoelectric sensor, the control of take-off and landing platform, hydraulic lift platform to stop under the control of body movement. In order to effectively make use of human resource, reduce labor intensity and raise machines efficiency, the feeding part designed by me should be automatic (without using manpower) so as to reduce human arrangement and to meet requirements of
