10、f material to make orientation fixture, for example, acryl, bakelite, nylon, 45# steel, silicic pastern and gesso etc.一般地说,采用的材料有压克力、电木、赛钢、45号钢、硅胶、石膏粉等来做的! If we use material of acryl , bakelite and nylon or 45#steel, we require mill relevant position by milling machine. If we use material of silici

16、cause we test our product must test master circuit by these test points. We must match exact picture dimension with real product because we test it by probe. If we machining jig and fixture, we must deal with problem of quantity of heat. Otherwise, it maybe become agglomeration.一般地说,我们设计测试PCB板夹具时,我们

17、要首先弄清主干电路和测试点,因为 我们测试的方法是通过测试点来连通主干电路测试的.在设计时,要对准尺寸,因为我们是通过探针来连接的.另外,在加工时,是通过用铣床和电脑锣来加工的,故要冷却好材料,否则,容易烧结2.In a general way ,we should design two floors for pcb test jig and fixture and below floor should be a box . We should design electric switch and insurance. If we design dial, we should keep in

18、a bound between 30 degree and 60 degree for observation.一般地说,在设计电测测试夹具时,一般采用两层,下面层采用箱式结构;要设计电源开关和保险!在设计表盘时最好设计30度到60度的夹角以便观察.3.In a general way ,we should use quick nip for test jig and fixture. At sometimes, we must use leader and slide valve for some exact requirement. We should machining long slot in both sides of box.
