The 1st one is SGM X354 designed by ITW Europe, tool design has been started in Europe, tool manufactory in China will be

8、 started in June/2007, this moment, its in schedule. Other 6 FFH/FFF will be designed by GM.2.Delta FFH/FFF: Totally 6 kinds of products. The 1st one is GMDAT J300, tool manufactory in China will be started in June/2007. All the parts will be designed by ITW Europe, but till now ITW has not got the

9、confirmed body data from GM, it seems that it will be some delay. 5.Some Issue:a.Poor support from GMDAT. We tried to push them, but till now no improvement.b.This moment the only communication with GMDAT is for logistic. And GMDAT told us that the logistic cost is too expensive from China to Korea.

10、 It seems that it is possible that GMDAT will make re-sourcing for this project.c.We got the communication with a SQE in GM China who is responsible for GMDAT, but every time he got information from us, but nothing from him.3.Common parts in Epislon II: Motor, Push-push, Hinge Arm, Spring, Axes and
