1、ER Procedure员工关系工作流程1.0 Purpose目的Align with business needs and best team strategy, the procedure aims to serve as guideline of ER operation in order to reinforce employee well-being and overall satisfaction with cost effectiveness.根据业务需要和公司的最佳团队战略, 兹订立本程序作为员工关系运作的指导的投入有效提高员工在公司内的良好生活状态及改善整体满意度., 旨在以

8、ment行动计划与实施情况跟踪HR officer should analyze the survey result and report to HR manager. Action plan should be prepared in the case of opportunity for improvement identified.调查的结果应由 HR专员加以分析并报告人力资源部经理 . 如发现有需改善的项目时 , 应准备相应的行动计划 .Follow-up should be conducted subject to the specific situation till the ca

9、se is closed.行动计划实施情况的跟踪应根据实际情况进行.直至计划完成或取消.5.3 Communication of progress沟通进度Bulletin board, quarterly employee meeting progress of action to frontline employee.and othermedia are to be used to report公告板,季度员工大会与其他媒介都可用于向员工汇报行动的进度.6.0 Contractor management承包商管理Emphasis should be place in service, qua

10、lity and cost.工作重点集中于服务,质量与成本 .6.1 Inquiry and acceptance询价与接受At leastcar-renting3 quotations service,for any kind of canteen serviceservice, including and greenery, etc.outing,cleaningbeforeany contractservice,signed.在决定采用任一服务供应商(如旅游,清洁,租车,快餐及绿化等)前,至少需收到三份报价。HR decides to choose one supplier from t

Whole process of supplier selection will be transparent to whole management team.人力资源部根据服务质量与价格选出合适的供应商。整个选择的过程对管理团队保持透明。6.2 Contract management合同管理合同期一般不超过一年,并设一个月的试用期.in the event of that supplier fails to ensure sanitary of food preparing

13、资格的供应商。6.3 Process management (long-term service)过程管理 ( 长期服务类)快餐供应 :Site audit to supplier s kitchen is to be conducted by food management committee comprising of employees from different functions bimonthly.由各部门组成的快餐管理委员会每两个月前往供应商的厨房进行现场审核.Sealed sample ofeach meal should bequarantined in refrigera

14、torfor 24hours withdate label.每餐均安排封样放置于冰箱冷藏二十四小时.如发生食物中毒事件作为证据Tableware should be inspected in local epidemic prevention station No Less Than 4Times Per Year to observe the sanitary of tableware. Any sanitary issue should be solved within one day. And second inspection is required if necessary.食具每年

15、不少于4 次送防疫站检测. 任何卫生问题应于二十四小时内解决.必要时进行第二次检测 .Greenery supplier:绿化供应 :Regular Communication with supplier is required with respect to pest control, quality of service, etc.与供应商保持经常沟通,就害虫管理与服务质量进行完善.保安服务Night audit and other type of test should be arranged by HR randomly to ensure the proper operation o

16、f security guard.人力资源部应安排随机夜查或其他检查,以确定保安在夜班的工作质量.HR personnel should conduct trainingfor allNew guardon company regulations,AndEnsure Them Howe Auopted Fire FightingSkillFirstAidSkillTrainingand greetingmanners.人力资源人员应给门卫新人员安排培训.内容为公司政策,待客礼仪等 . 并保证所有门卫都接受过防火技术、急救技术等培训。6.3.4Cleaning service supplier清

20、ER service, HR officer or HR clerk should conduct regular site visit on daily basis.为保证员工关系相关设施的正常使用 , 服务的正常开展 , 人事专员或人事文员应每天进行常规现场检查 .检查重点 :Damageoccurredto ER facility(toilet-potand seat,sportsfacility,canteen& coffee room facility, greenery water pipe, etc.). Status of table tennis ball,baske

21、tball, chess, coffee cups, computers, and so forth should also be checked toensure prompt replacement or repairing.员工关系设施 ( 厕所器具 ,运动设施 ,餐厅和咖啡室设备,绿化用水管等) 有无损坏 . 乒乓球 ,篮球 ,棋类 ,咖啡杯 ,电脑等的状态亦应进行检查以及时更换或修理.Improperstorage,use of PPE (cleanroom garment,shoe cover,hairnet,safetyboots, respirators, etc.) and
