1、这是我一次的发帖, 写的不好, 请大家多多包涵! 首先我要谈的这个客户是从GOOGLE上开发来的, 当时找到了他的邮箱, 就每隔两三天给他发一次邮件,问候一下。大概过了一周, 他回我了, 内容如下:stop emailing me !  对于客户的这种回答, 我已经习以为常了,lol! 我这个人挺喜欢经常跟踪客户的, 不过这样会导致两种结果: 1,客户被我的坚持感动了,最终下单。2.客户受不了我的邮件轰炸,把我拉入黑名单。据我的经验来讲(当然, 也只是做一年外贸了,没什么太多经验),我得到的第一种结果比第二种结果多,嘿嘿。虽然那个客户让我停止给他发邮件, 但是我还是没有理会, 继续发

2、给他, 因为我调查了这个客户的信息, 潜力还是蛮大的。 又过了10天左右,他回复我内容如下:I said stop the spam so stop spamming and delete my contact details otherwise will report you ! 看到这种回复, 当时心里真的好不舒服, 想直接把这个客户从联系人出删除掉, 不过待我冷静了一下, 想既然客户愿意花时间回复我邮件,那么何不借此机会给客户“闲聊”一下那, 于是我的回复如下: hi Daniel i am so sorry for this inconvinence ! i just want to

3、know if you still need a reliable supplier of A , Because i visited your website , and find that you may interested in some of our A such B etc If you now do not need , maybe one day you want to change the supplier , then we will be your second choice . looking forward to your kind reply best regard

4、s sandy 接下来客户这样回复: Hi Sandy No need and not sure where you got this email address as I am not using this oné for my business. 看到客户说这不是他的工作邮箱, 而是个人邮箱,我吓了一跳, 这这相当于侵犯他隐私了, 澳大利亚客户对于个人邮箱还是蛮看重的, 个人邮箱用在亲密朋友较多,而且不愿意把个人邮箱和工作邮箱混淆。怪不得客户要扬言举报我那, 换做是我, 早拉入黑名单了。 于是带着愧意给客户回复了: Hi Daniel this one is for your p

5、esonal eamil address , right ? i thought this was your business address , so i sent the emails to you , really really so sorry for this inconvinence ! I visited your website ,so i thought that you will need a reliable supplier of A , If you really do not need now , then i would not send the emails t

6、o you again , But kindly please let me know when you need a reliable supplier . After all , at present no need supplier does not stand that you will never need another supplier in future, right ? 看到我的回复, 也许你们会说, 不是在上面已经说过问客户需不需要供应商那, 会不会显着比较啰嗦,但是我的观点是, 想多说一次, 强调用意, 当然是个人见解了!本以为客户不会回复了, 没想到,回复了, 如下:

7、Again no need, manufacturing everything in Europe, happy with that.And I don't understand a word in that website must be illegal as I don't share my personal email! Daniel 看到客户这样回复, 我似乎又看到了希望,嘻嘻。也许你们会说, 这有什么希望啊, 客户都说两次不需要其他的供应商了那,而且供应商是欧洲的, 不是中国这边的。 其实我很感谢客户给我说他的原产地, 让我找到了突破口,看我回复如下: hi Dani

8、le Regarding the personal email , i really feel so sorry for that , my friend ! and I guess that you must have unhappy experience in doing business with Chinese Suppliers , i could feel that you dislike Chinese suppliers, right ? Otherwise why you  manufacture everything in Europe . best regard

9、s sandy   其实看到客户说他所有的东西都是让欧洲一些国家生产的, 我当时在想是不是客户在与中国供应商做生意, 是不是有 不好的经历,所以才问了客户上面那样的话。 不过说客户不喜欢中国供应商,是我故意这样说的, 想套出客户是不是真的不喜欢中国供应商而选择欧洲供应商还是另有其他原因。 下面是客户的回复: No I didn't say that! I am unhappy that my personal email appears on some weird website. Plus I receive like 10 emails a day similar to

Thank you Daniel 看到客户的这种回复, 真是太高兴了, 原来是因为他故乡是欧洲那边的, 所以才那样做的,看来这个客户是故乡之情和爱国之情很浓厚了。于是我做了如下很长的一段回复,虽说外贸邮件忌讳长篇大论, 不过必要的时候还是需要那样做的哈: hi
