Three dimensional chip breaking groove type index able inserts have many good points, such as the chip breaking performance is good
8、, the chip breaking range, the long service life and so on. So the chip breaking groove has become an important issue for the scholars study. Because of the complexity of 3D chip breaking groove type chip breaking process, at present, the study on cutting force is still in the initial stage. The sys
9、tematic research on the orthogonal cutting force model of three dimensional grooves inserts, and the establishments of cutting force prediction model and related test research have the important theory1significance and practical value. In this paper, on the basis of experiment, modeling turning inse
10、rts groove effect on cutting performance and cutting force of cemented carbide are studied theoretically and experimentally.First of all, the paper of chip-breaking groove studies and the significance of cutting force, analysis of the structure, function and classification of chip breaking groove. S
11、ummarizing the general research situation and the results of domestic and foreign scholars in the chip breaking groove studies and cutting force model.Then, the paper analyzes the main factors affecting the cutting performance of tool in metal cutting process. The two aspects that the angle of the c
12、utting tool and chip breaking groove geometric dimensions were discussed, and analyzes the influence of cutting parameters and tool geometry parameters, cutting tool material, cutting fluid and work piece material on cutting force. Get the influence law of different cutting parameters on cutting for

16、ysis of the difference and the superiority of this model with traditional empirical model, and through the cutting force experiment to verify the results, which lays the foundation for the groove optimization.2.NC Tool Research And DevelopmentIn modern manufacturing, advanced equipment have been tra
17、nsformed for fitting more variety, small volume production with CNC machine tools, machining centers, etc, coming out, in the range of NC machining, tools, no mater variety or quantity in the workshop take up an important position as a leading manufacturer. In large enterprises, tools are managed by

In this paper, a detailed analysis and discussion have been done focusing on the NC database storage2technology, access technology, as well as the collective scheme designed and the concrete realization: the research and analysis on the NC Tool Mana
19、gement System in workshop, the establishment of the NC processing workshops Tool Management System based on the database.In this paper, on the base of the research for tool management trends of its development at home and abroad, a comprehensive research and analysis have been done on the tool manag
20、ement system s requirement, function models design and forms layout design, point on RDBMS structure, coding rule ,Crystal Report technology and GDI + graphics technologies, as well as diversified modulus function and the link between them in the system, after the several key technologies for the ex
21、ploration of a more comprehensive study on them, the contents and results are as follows:1.Used the three-tier Client Server software frame developed a corresponding distributed tool management system, achieving day-to-day management and scheduling functions, based on the coding principles, a tool-a

40、er explored, so that it has a highe r theoretical and practical level.5机床刀具设计 机床原来的刀库控制程序是单独设计的,没有采用刀具管理系统,功能也比较 单一,只实现了刀库刀具的找刀、刀库最短路径定位、主轴换刀,而且不支持大型 刀具。 在刀库自动选刀方面, 在计算机记忆式选刀的基础上采用了西门子 840D 特色功 能, 使选刀程序更简洁, 并完成空刀套的查找。 刀库快速换刀利用 STEP-7 完成编程, 并在实际中得到验证。在刀库定位问题上,PLC 程序控制采用模块化设计方法,这 对今后生产类似机床将十分有利,很容易将其利
41、用到其他机床上。自动换刀系统将 以较快的速度增长,缩短换刀时间,提高刀具的定位精度是重要的手段,有利于数 控技术的发展。刀具及其元件库存是现代生产管理中的重要环节,特别是大型车间 管理。传统的人工记帐管理方式,效率低下,错误率高,且信息数据不能共享,刀 具的使用状态和寿命周期无法跟踪,不能适应当前信息化管理需要。结合生产实际, 我们在车间刀具准备间建立刀具贮存立体库系统,以满足车间刀辅具储存与管理的 需要。 1.可转位车刀片的切削力建模与研究 随着科学技术的飞速发展,硬质合金作为刀具材料已经普遍应用于金属切削加 工,硬质合金可转位刀片切削性能的优劣,直接影响了生产加工的效率及加工质量。 而切削
42、性能的优劣在很大程度上又取决于刀具的断屑性能和切削过程中力的影响, 所以对于硬质合金可转位刀片的断屑槽以及切削力的研究,一直以来都是机加工研 究领域的重大论题。断屑槽方面,三维复杂槽型的产生,使得断屑更可靠,范围更 广,使用涂层材料以后,使刀具寿命更高,所以这类槽型刀片是目前的主要研究对 象。切削力方面,选用新型槽型刀片,进行正交切削试验,研究切削过程中,该类 新型槽型的断屑效果以及三向切削力的变化规律对于切削力理论建模有很大的指导 作用和参考价值。本文在试验的基础上,对硬质合金可转位车刀片断屑槽型对切削 折断的影响以及切削力的建模进行了理论与实验研究。 首先,论文结合当前的现状阐述了断屑槽和
43、切削力研究的意义,分析了断屑槽 的结构组成、作用以及分类,对目前的主流三维复杂槽型从结构与作用上做出了性 能评价,同时综述了国内外学者在断屑槽研究及切削力建模方面研究的概况以及所 6 取得的成果。 再次,针对加工同种材料的不同槽型刀片以及同种新型槽型刀片不同切削用量 条件的两种情况,分别进行了切削力比较试验,论述了三种刀片的槽型结构对断屑 性能和切削力的影响,指出了新型三维槽型 MP 在结构和材料上的优点,并给出了该 新型槽型在试验范围内的最佳切削用量以及其断屑性能的规律,并对切屑形态做了 分析。 最后,从理论上,通过最小能量法求解建立了剪切角模型,从切削温度与应变 的角度,考虑这两个因素对切
44、削力的影响规律,建立了被加工材料与刀具本身的热 平衡方程,并结合前角模型与剪切变形规律,重新建立了切削力的模型,通过切削 力实验对其进行了可靠性和误差分析,为槽刀片型优化奠定了基础。 2.数控加工车刀研究与开发 在现代制造业中,随着数控机床,加工中心等适应多品种,小批量生产的先进 设备相继问世,种类、数量繁多的数控刀具在数控加工车间中便占据了重要地位。 在大型企业中,刀具由各分厂或者车间分别自行管理,存在诸多弊端。本论文对数 控车间的刀具管理系统做了详细的分析和论述, 重点对数控刀具的数据库存储技术、 访问技术以及总体方案的设计和系统的具体实现进行了研究和分析,建立了数控加 工车间中基于数据库
45、的刀具管理系统。 本文在对国内外刀具管理的现状及其发展趋势的研究基础上,对刀具管理系统 的需求分析、模块功能分析以及窗体的布局设计作了全面的分析研究,并重点对刀 具管理系统所应用的关系型数据库结构、刀具编码规则、水晶报表技术和 GDI+绘图 技术等关键技术以及系统各个模块的功能和他们之间的联系等方面进行了比较全面 的探索性研究,研究内容和成果如下: 1.采用三层 Client/Server 软件体系架构开发了相应的分布式刀具管理系统, 实现了刀具的日常管理和调度功能,在符合刀具编码原则的基础上建立了一套刀具 辅助编码系统,代码具有继承性和可扩充性,能够详细、准确而又快捷地表述刀具 的全部信息,提高了数控加工中心中刀具及相关信息的管理水平和刀具信息集成程 度,实现了刀具信息共享,提高了生产系统的自动化程度。 2.数据库软件模型的建立:通过对刀具管理的需求分析,创建并设计了八个主 7 要的数据表,利用 ADO.NE
