1、威尔信柴油发电机组维修保养故障代码威尔信柴油发电机组 -伯琼斯 1300 电喷柴油机21 指示灯及按键功能指示灯和按键控制面板如图 1 所示,面板上有故障分析指示灯、故障代码指示灯、 ECM 信号输入键和 ECM 故障检 测键。伯琼斯 1300 电子发动机具有自检验功能和指示灯指示灯分为橙色和红色,用来确定发动机的故障)。橙色灯是表示发动机已存在故障,当故障排除后,便会自动熄灭。但 ECM 会对故障进行记录和存储。当需要检验 ECM 的记忆内的故障 或有没有故障时,按下自检验功能按钮就可以执行自检验功能。 伯琼斯 1300 电子发动机具有自检验功能和指示灯 指示灯分为橙色和红色,用来确定发动机
2、的故障)。橙色灯是表示发动机已存在故障,当故障排除后,便会自动熄灭。但 ECM 会对故障进行记录和存储。当需要检验 ECM 的记忆内的故障或有没有故障时,按下自检验功能按钮就可以执行自检 验功能。在进行检测时,如果有故障存在,红色指示灯会闪现一次,然后转到显示故障代码的橙色灯上,故障代码由橙色灯 的闪现分三次完成,每次闪现之间有一定的间隔时间,在每次的闪现过程中,可记下橙色灯连续闪现的次数,从三次闪现 的过程中可读出橙色灯显示的故障代码。如果有多余的故障出现,便按代码上的数字来确定先后顺序;如果没有故障存在 时,机器将会再经过一次测试,红色灯会闪动二次来检测故障记录;当红灯会闪动三次时,表示检
